Game Research On Stakeholders Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Maguan County Based On ST-EP

As a border county with abundant ethnic customs,Maguan County is a typical area where economic poverty and tourism resources are both rich.Therefore,tourism poverty alleviation is also an important type of industrial poverty alleviation system in the county.However,the development of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County is not ideal.On the one hand,the economic management of the tourism industry is not good,on the other hand,the social poverty alleviation benefits of the tourism industry are not significant.In essence,the game relationship between tourism poverty alleviation stakeholders in Maguan County has not been healthy,which is the root cause of the low efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County.In view of this,based on the perspective of ST-EP theory,this paper studies the game of tourism poverty alleviation stakeholders in Maguan County.Firstly,through the literature research method,this paper comprehensively combs the research results of sustainable tourism poverty alleviation and game theory applied to tourism poverty alleviation,expounds the concept of tourism poverty alleviation and stakeholders.By taking ST-EP theory as the research entry point of the whole paper,introducing game theory as the research and analysis framework of the thesis and using the theory of dissipative structure as the guiding theory for the construction of game model,the above work has formed the theoretical support basis for the research content of this paper.Secondly,through the collation of field research data,this paper summarizes the development status of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County.The relevant conclusions are that although tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County has achieved some achievements in three aspects of tourism poverty alleviation project construction,tourism poverty alleviation model exploration and driving effect of tourism poverty alleviation industry;however,there also exists some problems of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County,There are also many problems in tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County,such as insufficient guidance by government management departments,weak competitiveness of tourism productsmarket,lack of market players and low participation of the masses.Moreover,the negative impact of existing problems is more than the positive impact of existing results.Thirdly,through the gaze of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County,this paper analyzes the game relationship of tourism poverty alleviation stakeholders in Maguan County by using the relevant content of game theory.First,it defines the main players composed of the key stakeholders of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County: local government,investment subjects,villagers and foreign tourists.Second,according to the tourism poverty alleviation participation of the tourism poverty alleviation game in Maguan County,the existing contradictions and conflicts are pointed out.The third is to use the expert scoring method and the weighted set value mathematical statistical model to analyze the interest appeals and priorities of each game subject.The analysis results show that the interests of each game subject are different,and their interest appeal priorities are very different.Fourth,based on the above research results,the reasons for the problems in the game relationship between tourism poverty alleviation stakeholders in Maguan County were diagnosed:the interest appeal of the game subject was not satisfied,the property rights system of tourism resources was not clear,the participation of the game subject was hindered,the institutional arrangement and the information is insufficient.The fifth is to use the game relationship to derive the hypothesis model,and deduct the dynamic development relationship between the game players in the tourism poverty alleviation game system in Maguan County.The deduction results show that in order to maximize their own interests,a party's game subject will adopt a possible action strategy for the other party's game subject,and it shows the possibility of cooperation between the two parties.Finally,based on the theory of dissipative structure,this paper constructs a cooperative game model of tourism related poverty alleviation interest in Maguan County,and expounds the operation mechanism of the model.Then,this paper designs the core mechanism to improve the game relationship between tourism poverty alleviation stakeholders.The relevant conclusions are followings: thesustainable development of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County requires that the game relationship between the game players should be a cooperative game relationship to promote the goal of tourism poverty alleviation,and as long as the long-term cooperative repeated game income of the game subject is far greater than their the single return of the short-term non-cooperative game,the game subject can choose the cooperative game strategy.Then,by formulating institutional arrangements that can promote the comprehensive goal of tourism poverty alleviation,it is possible to improve the game relationship between game subjects based on the benign interaction of the game subjects.Moreover,with the poverty-stricken population as the core,the cooperative game based on institutional arrangements is the key to the sustainable development of tourism poverty alleviation in Maguan County.
