With the rapid development of modern information technology,sharing economy is booming.In the field of logistics,the sharing economy promotes the development of the circular sharing system of pallets.However,in the Chinese market,there are many problems in the use of trays,such as: tray is not standardized;After the circulation and use of packaging products,a large amount of packaging waste will be generated.If these packaging waste is not recycled,reused and recycled,it will become the main source of pollution to the environment.After the circulation and use of packaging products,some recyclable pallets will be damaged and need to be returned to the factory for maintenance.For integrated pallets,the maintenance cost of the whole pallet is relatively high,and some of them are even scrapped,and the return of pallets to the factory for maintenance takes a long time.In view of these problems,the following ideas are put forward in this project: take "ikea" brand products as an example,based on the Shared system,the recyclable pallet can be divided into optimal design.Under the guidance of relevant theories and technologies such as packaging logistics supply chain technology and green packaging logistics technology,this paper adopts market research method,excellent case analysis method and finite element analysis method as research methods to optimize the design of detachable pallets for the logistics outer boxes of "ikea" brand products.In addition,several sets of detachable tray schemes designed for this project are simulated and analyzed by using finite element analysis software.Feasibility analysis is carried out through the obtained experimental data,and further optimization design is carried out for the designed tray structure,so as to meet the design requirements of this project.The design and research of this topic,to a certain extent,solves the problem of waste of logistics and packaging resources,improves logistics operation efficiency,reduces logistics costs,improves users' pleasure degree of experience,and promotes the development of green packaging design.However,based on China's national conditions,the tray sharing system is not mature enough,need a long way to go,the tray split design and application still have many shortcomings,need to be further studied.
