With the development of science and technology and the advancement of global economic integration,logistics,as the "third source of profit",has been highly valued by people and has gradually become the most important competitive field for enterprises.Logistics distribution is an important link in the operation of logistics system.Therefore,enterprises have been committed to how to effectively reduce the cost of logistics distribution,which is also a hot issue in the field of logistics research.VRP(Vehicle Routing Problem)in the research of logistics and distribution is to complete the logistics and distribution task with the minimum cost on the premise of meeting the needs of customers.And Time Windows limits With the customers of the VRP Problem for VRPTW(Vehicle Routing Problem With Time Windows),the traditional VRPTW Problem is to meet the demand of customers and Time Windows limits under the premise of study of the transportation cost and punishment in violation of the Time window cost of minimizing the sum of path optimization Problem,but failed to take into account the client importance influence on enterprises.Ignoring the importance of customers will lead to some customers who are of great significance to the enterprise will not be able to get satisfactory logistics services,which will further reduce customer loyalty and eventually cause some losses to the enterprise.In the increasingly competitive market environment,in order to grab profits and further develop the market,enterprises should consider the importance of customers and devote their energy and resources to maintaining the relationship between important customers who can bring higher value to enterprises.Therefore,the topic of this paper has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper introduces the theories related to the clustering problem and vehicle routing problem based on the importance of customers,and puts forward the difference management strategy for the hierarchical distribution of customers based on the actual situation of urban logistics distribution and the theory of customer value.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The research on clustering optimization based on customer importance is the primary issue of this paper.It applies the theory of systematic comprehensive evaluation to study the clustering optimization based on customer importance based on multi-person decision making,fully considering the uncertainty of decision objects and decision makers.Firstly,relevant literature was studied and field research wasconducted to build a comprehensive evaluation system of customer importance based on the multiple characteristics of customer points.Secondly,the trapezoidal fuzzy number is used to represent language variables,and the corresponding customer points,index weight and expert authority of each index in the customer importance evaluation system are comprehensively evaluated.Then,using fuzzy integrated method to integrate the comprehensive evaluation index system of secondary standards into primary criterion on indicators,calculated for each customer the corresponding importance value and calculate the membership function value of each attribute.Finally,the membership function values as K-means algorithm clustering input,based on customer important degree clustering optimization research,designs the clustering validity index is used to select the optimal customer clustering solution,for subsequent classification based on customer important degree distribution path optimization research provides a decision-making basis,and a sensitivity analysis was carried out,and proved in this paper,the proposed effective customer important degree of rationality and stability of the comprehensive evaluation index system.(2)On the basis of clustering optimization research based on customer importance,this paper studies the optimization of customer hierarchical distribution path in urban logistics distribution network.First of all,in view of the traditional VRPTW problem one-sided pursuit of minimization of the total cost of distribution,put forward the difference management strategy for customer classification distribution.Then,for the building of mathematical model,the design improvement of non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(M-NSGA-?)used in solving mathematical model.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm and the differential management strategy of customer hierarchical distribution proposed in this paper,including the comparison between different algorithms based on the optimal customer hierarchical distribution scheme and the comparison of optimization results under different management strategies.On the one hand,the sensitivity analysis proves the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation index system of customer importance,and on the other hand,it can provide some decision support for the hierarchical distribution management of customers.
