At present,the laser demarcation instrument has extensive market demand,but its verification method is still relatively backward in many institutions.the LDI's digitalization detection system is the development trend of current verification technology.The purpose of this paper is to improve the existing laser detection method and the detection efficiency,so as to make up for the lack of research on the direction of the LDI's digital verification,and to achieve the LDI's detection system with better performance and digital detection capabilityThis paper studies the relative principle of CCD detection technology,including CCD internal working principle,CCD technical index,CCD driving mode,and a set of LDI's detection system based on linear CCD is designed,the software and hardware design of the system is introduced emphatically.According to the actual laser acquisition requirements for CCD selection and the final selection of drive mode,EP2C5T144C8N(FPGA)chip is selected as the main core of the hardware circuit to drive the timing sequence of linear CCD chip.The software of laser acquisition system is designed by Verilog language and C# language,the drive of linear CCD and AD conversion chip is realized,and the real-time processing and display of the collected data are realized.The laser center position is obtained by using the centroid method.To carry out the accuracy and linearity experiments,a good experimental environment was set up.The test results are good and can meet the detection requirements of the LDI.
