This experiment used Melica transsilvanica seeds with the endophytic fungi?E+?and without endophytic fungi?E-?as experimental material,It measured the seed germination,seed growth index and physiological index of M.transsilvanica under NaCl salt tolerance.For understand the effects of endophytic fungi on the midlands smelly the grass growth and salt tolerance,and providing the theoretical basis and basic data for play a positive role.The results are as follows:?1?The hypocotyis length was higher 0.65%,0.18%under low concentrations(less than 20 mmol·L-1)of M.transsilvanica,compared with the control group,low concentrations was active and useful to seed germination,the high concentration of salt was inhibited seed germination,but E+increased by 75.3%in 120 mmol·L-1 than E-on seedling fresh weight,the root shoot ratio increased by 6.70%,in 150 mmol·L-1 germination rate increased by 6.67%,the vigor index increased 49.29%,relative germination rate increased by 7.36%,the vital index increased by 7.8%,the radical length increased by 0.56 cm,the hypocotyis length increased by 0.72 cm,the relative salt injury rate reduced by 8%.Salt tolerance inhibited the germination of M.transsilvanica seeds,but the high concentration of salt tolerance had gain the the germination by endophytic fungi.?2?The low concentration(less than 20 mmol·L-1)was active and useful to aboveground biomass and radical length of M.transsilvanica,E+increased by 18.9%,8.34%,E-increased by 9.03%,5.12%.the latter was inhibited by the increase of salt concentration.In the high concentration(greater than 200 mmol·L-1),E+increased by 0.08 cm than E-on leaf length,leaf width increased by 0.01 mm,plant height increased by 0.6 cm,aboveground biomass and underground biomass were increased by 57.93%,27.77%,radical length increased by 5.95%,fibre number increased by 29.17%,and tiller number increased by 1.41times,withered leaf number reduced by 13.16%.The endophytic fungi could benefit seedling growth,with the enhancement of salt concentration is more obvious.?3?When the salt stress was 7 d and 20 mmol·L-1,E+and E-M.transsilvanica chlorophyll content compared with the control group were increased by 5.43%,4.50%,with the increase of salt concentration was inhibited.When the salt stress was 15 d,in high concentration E+increased by 2.19%than E-on chlorophyll content.At the same time,SOD,POD,CAT activity also increased,E-increased by 2.13%than E+on relative permeability of cell membrane,MDA content increased 3.01%and free proline content increased by 15.36%.Salt tolerance damaged M.transsilvanica cell membrane,but the endophytic fungi could benefit seedling physiological indexes in high concentration salt tolerance.
