Safety pre-evaluation is an important means of demonstrating the safety of a project during the feasibility study phase of a construction project.Safety pre-evaluation has multiple safety evaluation methods,but in actual work,most evaluation methods are affected by factors such as evaluation object,evaluator's knowledge level and system operability,resulting in poor overall evaluation process and actual safety pre-evaluation work.The guiding significance is small and the safety pre-evaluation report is in the form of problems.In order to solve the problems of poor overall safety pre-evaluation work,less practical guidance and report flow,this study takes the safety pre-evaluation project of a printed board processing plant in Mianyang as an example,and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to study it..The system analysis method was used to analyze the dangerous and harmful factors of the whole project in detail.According to the relevant technical specifications,the index layer(4 indicators)and the factor layer(21 elements)of the project were summarized and established,and the unsafe behavior of human beings was established.The four indicators of the unsafe state of the object,the environmental unfavorable factors and the management defects and the analysis model of the 21 basic elements.On the basis of establishing the model,the organization expert group will carry out binary comparison of each element of the analysis model according to the basic parameters of the project,and score according to the principle of triangular fuzzy number.According to the scoring results,according to the calculation method of FAHP,the data is processed,and the weight values of each indicator and element are obtained.According to the order of the weighted values,according to the stage of occurrence of the elements,determine the order in which the project is carried out in the design,construction and safety management of the safety facilities.The whole analysis process clearly reflects the analysis and evaluation logic of “system analysis—inductive summary—FAHP—weight sorting—measurement system construction”,effectively integrating the original analysis methods and their analysis results,and overcoming the existing The safety pre-evaluation report is a poor overall problem.The results of this study indicate that the operation of FAHP in safety pre-evaluation must go through six operational steps: data collection,analysis and induction of dangerous and harmful factors,model construction,expert scoring,analysis and calculation,and countermeasures.The analysis process is logically rigorous and operability.The safety pre-evaluation work carried out by this model has clear objectives and the results are more instructive.
