The basic physical quantity of the object temperature is a basic parameter for characterizing the characteristics of the object.Especially in metal processing forging,it is extremely important to measure the temperature of the metal to be forged.The initial forging temperature of the forged metal is too high,resulting in a decrease in metal plasticity,and the temperature is too low,causing damage to the forging tool.Therefore,this paper combines the properties of forged metal with the theory of radiation temperature measurement to design a colorimetric thermometer to realize real-time temperature measurement of forged metal.The thermometer has small volume,short response time and high precision.Low power consumption and other advantages.This paper first studies the basic theory of radiation temperature measurement,analyzes the theory of contrast color temperature measurement,selects the color temperature measurement technology,and designs the hardware system.The optical part adopts a prism beam splitting system,which can avoid the problem of attenuation of radiation energy caused by the use of the filter.The infrared detector of the LDX66 MK model is selected to receive infrared signals.The circuit design mainly includes I/V conversion circuit,V/V conversion circuit,program-controlled amplification circuit,A/D conversion circuit and optical coupling isolation circuit.All of these devices are selected by industrial grade chips.On the software side,the temperature calculation is implemented according to the Planck radiation principle,and the program first implements sampling design and filtering.The brightness temperature at each wavelength is studied,and the color temperature measurement is performed according to the brightness temperature of each wavelength according to the principle of colorimetric temperature measurement.Finally,in order to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the true temperature result of the obtained object,the obtained The real temperature is subjected to a sliding filter process,and the temperature result is finally obtained.The calibration system was designed and the calibration results of the final temperature of the contrast thermometer were analyzed.Through the establishment of the mathematical model in the calibration of the instrument,the analysis of the tabular data and the analysis of the graph,the important conclusions that the colorimetric thermometer meets its technical requirements are obtained.The colorimetric thermometer designed in this paper meets the technical requirements to a certain extent in terms of accuracy,stability and response time.
