Temperature is an important basis to measure the state of matter.The measurement and control of temperature plays an extremely important role in national defense,military affairs,industrial and agricultural production.At present,the traditional high temperature measurement mostly uses contact measurement method,which has the problem of low temperature measuring efficiency and cannot detect the temperature field distribution comprehensively.Infrared scanner can display the whole temperature field by surface scanning technology,but because the radiation wavelength of high temperature object is short,especially for high temperature target whose emission wavelength is concentrated in the visible region,infrared scanner is no longer applicable.The temperature detection technology based on visible light sensor is a new temperature measurement technology.It has the unique advantage of non-contact temperature measurement.It can measure and display the whole temperature field of high temperature target object.According to its real-time,fast,convenient operation,reliable performance and high application prospect.It has become one of the research hotspots in the field of high temperature measurement.This thesis studies the principle of temperature measurement technology based on visible light sensor.By analyzing the principle of radiation temperature measurement,monochrome temperature measurement,colorimetric temperature measurement and trichrome temperature measurement,the corresponding temperature measurement model is established.A temperature measurement system based on visible light sensor is designed to complete the experimental verification of the theoretical part,explore the root causes of the error,and complete the temperature measurement and calibration experiments through reasonable selection and appropriate control.Based on the RGB data of the high temperature radiation image,the temperature measuring device is established by using the temperature measuring model.The device Includes imaging system,image sensor acquisition system,image processing system design and construction.Then this thesis designs the image acquisition and processing software,including image acquisition module,image noise processing module,image segmentation module,temperature field calculation and display module.Finally,the temperature of candle flame,alcohol lamp flame and spray gun flame commonly used in the market are simulated and calculated,and the mathematical model of temperature and colorimetric value is established by using the gray data collected.The experimental results show that the temperature measurement system has good performance and high accuracy and reliability.
