Study On Key Issues Of Entity Registration In Rural Real Estate

The registration of rural real estate integration is an important livelihood project.It establishes a real estate registration database for rural real estate and issues a certificate of nonmoving property rights to further protect farmers' property rights to real estate.There are many processes in the whole project,the area of the survey area is large,the source of measurement data is wide,the quality of the staff is different,and each part is completed by different staff.Therefore,only the process of data collection is regulated,and reasonable measurement methods are adopted.Improve data automation processing capabilities to reduce problems in later data integration.At present,each measurement unit has some problems in the pre-data preprocessing stage,the mid-term field measurement stage,and the late stage data inspection stage,which makes the whole project take a long time,the work intensity is large,and the final data quality is not high enough.This paper studies the appropriate coordinate conversion schemes,provides calculation schemes for different types of housing areas,and studies intelligent table inspection methods for key problems such as coordinate conversion,house area measurement,and house property table inspection in general projects.Argument.The paper has carried out the following research on these three aspects:(1)Based on the Bursa model transformation technique,the contrast method is used to analyze the influence of the number of points with the same name on the accuracy of coordinate transformation and the accuracy of the coordinates of the same name at different positions.In the study of the influence of the position distribution of the same name on the accuracy,a variety of schemes are used for comparison,which respectively affect the accuracy of the point distribution in each local area and the whole measurement area,and finally according to the accuracy of the converted point position.The situation is analyzed.(2)Aiming at the limitations of traditional instruments in the process of housing positioning and measurement,a method of measuring the houses with complex structures using only hand-held range finder is proposed to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.At the same time,different area calculation methods are given for special types of houses,and the calculation of the area of complex structures,multi-functional structures and special-purpose houses is carried out with examples.(3)According to the quality inspection requirements before the data is stored in the warehouse,analyze the contents that should be checked in the property list of the house and the reasons for the problems.The C# language and NPOI-based document processing method is used to design a complete table attribute checking program to realize the owner's information and house information automatic checking function in the house property questionnaire.At the same time,detailed error report and error classification table can be generated,which avoids Various problems that arise during traditional manual inspections.Taking the rural housing integrated project in Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City as an example,this paper finds that it is most suitable to select ten points of the same name for conversion in the previous coordinate transformation.The same name is evenly distributed throughout the survey area,and the conversion accuracy is the highest;The special method can be used to calculate the area of complex types of houses.The attribute check software based on NPOI document processing is successfully applied in the attribute table check before data entry.The above research techniques can well solve important problems in various stages of the rural housing integration project.
