The integration of industry and education is an urgent requirement for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of regional economic development.It is also an effective way to improve the quality of Vocational Education.At present,there are obvious structural contradictions between the supply side of talent education and the demand side of industry in China,which can not be fully adapted to the structure,quality and level.How to deepen the integration of industry and education has attracted wide attention of the society.Although many scholars at home and abroad are discussing this issue,there are few specific cases of empirical research on the integration of industry and education,and fewer scholars study it from a systematic point of view.Therefore,this paper regards the integration of industry and education as a complex system,using the relevant theories of system science,Topsis and RSR evaluation method,system dynamics and other methods,and regards it as its constituent elements,subsystems and structural model.The connotation system is analyzed,and the evaluation system of Industry-Education integration is constructed to evaluate 17 secondary vocational schools in a city of Guangdong Province.Taking A Vocational School as an example,through system dynamics simulation and parameter debugging,and finally through theoretical research,evaluation results and simulation results of system dynamics,the corresponding management strategies are put forward.The main contents of this dissertation include:Firstly,the system theory is used to analyze the elements,subsystems,objectives,functions,environment and constraints of the integration system of industry and education.Then,the connotation architecture model of the integration system is constructed.It is mainly divided into four first-level subsystems: subject subsystem,resource subsystem,mechanism subsystem and achievement subsystem.Then the mathematical model of the integration system of industry and education is described.Finally,according to the concept and connotation system of Industry-Education integration system,the complexity characteristics of Industry-Education integration are analyzed from the perspective of complex system,including system integrity,structure,hierarchy,openness,dynamics,collaboration and self-organization,etc.Secondly,according to the division of Industry-Education integration subsystem,the evaluation index system of Industry-Education integration is constructed.By collecting therelevant data of 17 secondary vocational schools in a city of Guangdong Province,combining Topsis method and RSR method,17 schools are sorted and classified into three grades.Thirdly,using the principle of system dynamics to draw the feedback relationship between the elements in the integration system of industry and education,that is causality diagram and flow chart,and then using the system dynamics software VENSIM DSS to simulate A Secondary Vocational School in a city of Guangdong Province as an example.After testing the model,by adjusting the parameters of variables to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme,the optimal scheme is obtained.Fourthly,the three-dimensional structure model of the management of Industry-Education integration system is designed.Based on the above theoretical basis,comprehensive evaluation and simulation results,the management strategy of optimizing Industry-Education integration is put forward.
