This paper presents a new type of fabricated structure-prefabricated fabric-reinforced Concrete(TRC)casing-in-situ cast-in-place corner steel Concrete structure,the steel frame made of Angle steel welded in the factory is used as the stress skeleton of structural beam,column and other components,,prefabricated TRC sheets are assembled on the steel frame to form prefabricated shells of beams,columns and other components(TRC sheets can be assembled in the factory or on the construction site),the steel frame is hoisted together with the assembled shell,and do a good job of beam and beam,column and column and other stress skeleton connection work after pouring beam,column and other core concrete.Among them,the precast shell is not only the template for pouring core concrete,but also a part of structural components after pouring.The steel frame bears the construction load of lifting and concrete pouring before the structure is formed,after the formation of the structure and replace the commonly used steel cage to bear the structure of the design load.Because the steel frame and TRC sheet are made in the factory,the quality and precision can be guaranteed easily.Because core concrete is cast-in-place,it has good integrity as cast-in-place structure.In this paper,the flexural and shear resistance properties of precast TRC casing-core cast-in-situ steel-concrete structural beams are studied through tests and finite element analysis.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Experimental study on flexural capacity of precast TRC casings and core cast-in-situ steel-concrete beams.Through the bending test of 1 precast TRC shell--core cast-in-place Angle steel concrete beam,1 precast steel mesh reinforced concrete shell--core cast-in-place Angle steel concrete beam and 1 whole cast reinforced concrete beam,,the flexural load-displacement,load-angle steel strain,bearing capacity and crack development of the new type structural beam are studied.The results show that compared with the ordinary reinforced concrete beam,the new structure beam has a certain increase in the front bending capacity and initial stiffness,and the crack development is obviously slow;The theoretical value calculated by the formula is in good agreement with the measured value.(2)Experimental study on the shear behavior of precast TRC casings and core cast-in-situ steel-concrete beams.Through the shear test of 1 precast TRC shell--core cast-in-place Angle steel concrete beam,2 precast steel mesh reinforced concrete shell--core cast-in-place Angle steel concrete beam(including 1 with inclined beam)and 1whole cast reinforced concrete beam,the shear load-displacement,load-angle strain,bearing capacity and other characteristics of the new structural beam are studied,and the development of cracks.The results show that the stress and failure process of the new structure beam is similar to that of the whole reinforced concrete beam.Compared with ordinary reinforced concrete beams,the front shear capacity of the new structural beams is improved to a certain extent,and the crack development is obviously slow;The inclined batten can increase the restraint to the core concrete and effectively improve the shear capacity of the inclined section;The theoretical value calculated by the formula is in good agreement with the measured value.(3)The finite element simulation analysis is carried out.The results of ABAQUS simulation of the new structural beam are consistent with the experimental results.
