In these years,the optical industry has developed faster and faster.The popularization and application of optical products can be seen both in high-tech products and in the mass consumer products,which makes the optical processing industry develop rapidly and the optical detection technology more and more important.The accuracy of measurement has great influence on the quality of optical elements.The way of surface detection with high accuracy and convenient operation can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of optical components.At present,the on-line inspection method of lenses is divided into template method and interferometer method in many factories.The template method is characterized by incertitude and is easy to damage the lens and so on.The template lens isn't need to contact with the measured lens in the interferometer method,but the interferometer is expensive and the volume is huge.These two methods have their own shortcomings.If we can choose the appropriate surface detection method and develop related instruments,we will greatly improve the productivity of lenses and reduce the cost of lens production.The research group added polarization interference based on Twyman Green optical,using ZEMAX software simulated the optical system,then built it.We obtained the interference pattern that the contrast is greatly improved.Previously,the members of the group used a single counter camera for image acquisition.It was unable to display the image in real time,so it is changed into an industrial camera now.However,in the process of image acquisition,it is found that there is a large speckle noise point in the interference pattern,which brings great difficulties to the later image processing.So,the paper comparates and analyses the various methods of eliminating coherent speckle noise,and ultimately determines to use the design of a rotating glass screen to eliminate speckle.First,we assume the glass screen move in a direction,then deduce the moving speed of glass screen respectively and the system signal-to-noise ratio and the dispersion relation of spot in contrast.And then modify the relationship,derived the rotation frequency of the ground glass screen respectively and the dispersion relation of speckle contrast ratio and the system noise.By substituting the existing parameters of the laboratory system into the calculation,we obtained the parameters of the wool glass screen and the rotating motor.According to the results,we select conform to the parameters of the motor and ground glass screen,and we use them in the experimental light path to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Finally,we realized the elimination of speckle noise point,greatly improved the processing speed of the image,and improved the system detection accuracy.During the graduate period,I also studied the lighting design.The design of tunnel lighting in various sections of the highway provides a certain reference value for the tunnel lighting project.The prevention and control of glare of lamps and lanterns in sports lighting are also studied.In the seventh chapter,an indoor basketball court is simulated,and the prevention and control of glare is achieved by controlling a variety of factors that affect glare.
