| The purpose of this paper is to design a remote communication control,automatic dimming,and energy efficient vehicle-mounted imaging lighting system based on the imaging lighting requirements of the new energy sweeper intelligent road surface recognition system.The lighting system is mainly used for imaging illumination of intelligent sweeper.The main research and work contents of this subject are as follows:(1)According to the lighting requirements of the imaging system of the intelligent sweeper,the total illumination requirements are calculated.Moreover,the relevant data of various types of LED are searched,and the main working parameters of all kinds of LED are compared,so as to determine the energy-saving and efficient LED selection meeting the requirements of this subject.In light of the selected LED parameters and the luminous flux requirements of the subject design,the quantity of LED is determined,and the total luminous area of LED is calculated to provide relevant parameters for the subsequent optical system design.(2)Based on the LED selection,this paper analyzes the optical design requirements of the imaging lighting system,and carries out the design of various optical structure schemes and lighting effect simulation.By comparing the design and simulation results of each scheme,an optimal design scheme is selected.And according to the LED selection and the best optical design scheme,LED hardware layout and lamp installation plan are determined.Then,the solid structure model of the illumination lamp is designed,and the structure parameters of the solid model are given.(3)Finally,according to the LED selection and system control requirements,the hardware circuit devices selection of dimming control is carried out,the automatic dimming control hardware circuit schematic diagram and PCB are designed.After the above several stages of system design,this paper finally completed the design of the automatic dimming imaging lighting system,which can provide lighting requirements for the imaging system of the new energy sweeper,and can be controlled with communication by the host computer. |
