In this thesis, the cross sections of a two-photon produced process via three gen-eration lepton annihilations are calculated by using the QED model with the minimum couplings at tree level. We also calculated the cross-sections of the same annihilation process in high and low energy limits. The results show that the most possible direction of the two scattered photons is along the direction of the incoming leptons in the case of high energy limit. The differential cross section for two-photon produced process vi-a three generation lepton annihilation with a modification of fermion loops chain is also computed by using the QED model with the minimum couplings. At the same time,we al-so derived the same differential cross sections with the unified electroweak theory.Based on the detailed calculations via the three models,we found that there are two new con-tributions in the infinite electroweak loop corrected propagator as compared to tree-level one.We made numerical calculations and analysis of the cross-sections under the modi-fication of the fermion loop chain in QED,in electroweak theory, and in the lowest tree level. It was found that the contributions from higher order modifications are relatively small.
