Objective: By testing the blood pressure and heart rate response of urban and rural residents in the graded exercise testing, studying the trends of blood pressure and heart rate of urban and rural residents, analyzing urban and rural differences and influencing factors, and summarizing the characteristics of blood pressure and heart rate in before, during and after exercise.Provide theoretical basis for the scientific guidance and safety guarantee for public safety and fitness. Methods: A total of 514 urban and rural residents in Beijing were selected, including 201 males and 313 females. They were divided into urban males, urban females, rural males and rural females according to different regions and genders.Divided into youth,middle-aged,and elderly groups.Subjects first conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation, then measured height and weight, and finally doing graded exercise testing to monitor blood pressure, heart rate and electrocardiogram throughout the exercise.Data were collected to compare between urban and rural residents, and the factors that produced urban-rural differences were analyzed. The characteristics and influencing factors of exaggerate exercise blood pressure in this study were analyzed. Results: 1.Young and middle-aged rural males DBP were higher than the urban males in sitting,25 W,50W,75 W,100W,125 W load(p<0.05).In the elderly group, the DBP of the rural males was significantly higher than that of the urban males when they were sitting(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in DBP between urban and rural areas after the start of exercise. In rural and middle-aged groups, rural women had higher SBP and DBP than urban women due to multiple levels of stress during sit-up and exercise(p<0.05).The DBP of the rural women in the elderly groupwas higher than that of the urban women(p<0.05).2.The proportion of BMI and smoking history in rural residents was higher than that in urban residents. The proportion of family history of cardiovascular disease among urban residents was higher than that of rural residents(p<0.05).3.Smoking and obesity will cause differences in the rate of exercise center and blood pressure between urban and rural residents.4.The percentage of patients with chronic disease, family history, and smoking history in the target HR group was higher than the percentage of the target HR group(p<0.05).BMI and the percentage of hypertension, diabetes, family history, smoking history, and drinking history was significantly higher in the 1 min HR recovery group than in the HR recovery group(p<0.05).5.The number of people with exaggerate exercise blood pressure was 198,accounting for 38.52%.In this survey, the incidence of exercise hypertension was highest in the middle-aged group. The incidence of exaggerate exercise blood pressure esay to occur in men, high BMI,family history of cardiovascular disease, family history of hypertension, smoking, drinking,Logistic regression analysis found that male,middle-aged,unemployed,overweight,quiet SBP,and elevated DBP were risk factors for exaggerate exercise blood pressure. Conclusion: 1.There are differences in the changes of blood pressure and heart rate among urban and rural residents under the same exercise load.2.Smoking and obesity are factors that cause differences in blood pressure and heart rate during exercise in urban and rural residents.3.Did not reach the target HR during exercise is easy to found in men and who has the current history of chronic diseases, family history, smoking history, and the age were higher.Hypertension, diabetes, family history, smoking history, drinking history, electrocardiogram abnormalities during exercise, age,BMI,quiet HR,and quiet SBP were more likely to be abnormal after 1min of exercise.4.Male,middle-aged group, unemployed, overweight, quiet SBPelevation, and quiet DBP elevation are risk factors associated with exaggerate exercise blood pressure.
