Objective:To observe the effect of blood flow restriction training on cardiac autonomic nervous function and blood pressure level in normal people with high blood pressure under different blood flow restriction conditions. And to determine whether low pressure and medium pressure blood flow restriction training will have adverse effects on the cardiovascular system. To provide a theoretical basis for the people who need to improve heart function and blood pressure level through blood flow restriction training in the future.Methods:32 male students aged 18-21 were randomly divided into: 1.Quiet control group(CON),2.Low intensity resistance training group(RT),3.Low pressure blood flow restriction low intensity resistance training group(lbfrt),4.Medium pressure blood flow restriction low intensity resistance training group(mbfrt). Each group received upper and lower extremity blood flow restriction combined with 35% 1RM range of motion, biceps brachii elbow flexion and weight-bearing squat.During resistance training,no blood flow restriction was performed in RT group; In lbfrt group,60 mm Hg cuff pressure was applied to upper limb and 160 mm Hg cuff pressure was applied to lower limb;In mbfrt group,90 mm Hg cuff pressure was applied to the upper limb and 220 mm Hg cuff pressure was applied to the lower limb, and the cuff pressure was released during the training interval. The subjects were required to complete the range of motion of the whole joint with 35% 1RM in four groups, elbow flexion with biceps brachii and squatting with 35% 1RM in four groups.Training four times a week for four weeks.Blood pressure related indicators and cardiac autonomic nerve function indicators were detected before the first training, and the above indicators were tested again after the last training for 4 weeks, and the obtained indicators were statistically analyzed, and then the conclusion was drawn.result:In terms of blood pressure level, mbfrt group had a significant decrease in systolic blood pressure(P < 0.01),diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure(P < 0.05).In lbfrt group, systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure decreased significantly(P < 0.05).The systolic blood pressure of mbfrt group was significantly lower than that of con group(P <0.01).In terms of heart rate variability, the RMSSD and HF of mbfrt group increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the SDNN and LF of mbfrt group increased significantly(P <0.01).Compared with con group and RT group,RMSSD and HF in mbfrt group increased significantly(P < 0.05),SDNN and LF increased significantly(P < 0.01).Conclusion1.4 weeks of low-intensity resistance training intervention can not effectively reduce the blood pressure level of high normal blood pressure group.Through 4 weeks of low-pressure blood flow restriction resistance training intervention, the blood pressure level of high normal blood pressure group can be reduced limited.Through 4 weeks of resistance training, the blood pressure level and pulse pressure difference can be effectively reduced.2.4-week low-intensity resistance training intervention can not effectively improve the cardiac autonomic nerve function of high normal blood pressure group. The effect of 4-week low-pressure blood flow restriction resistance training intervention on cardiac autonomic nervous function of high normal blood pressure group is limited. The 4-week middle pressure blood flow restriction resistance training intervention can effectively improve the tension of vagus nerve and enhance the regulation ability of parasympathetic nerve.3.4 weeks of low-intensity resistance training intervention can not effectively improve the cardiovascular function of high normal blood pressure group. The effect of 4-week low-pressure blood flow restriction resistance training intervention on cardiovascular function of people with high normal blood pressure is limited.Four weeks of resistance training with middle pressure and blood flow restriction can effectively improve the myocardial contractility and cardiac pump function of people with high normal blood pressure.
