Through a large number of field trips, combined with specimen data, the specific GPS points are used to estimate the wild orchids in different parts in Jiangxi Province using maxent and Arcgis software. The contraction and expansion area of 2070,and the use of molecular barcodes on NCBI and molecular materials collected in the field to establish a phylogenetic tree labeled with two molecules,ITS+matK,to explore the phylogenetic diversity of orchids in each protected area, and The causes of this pattern are analyzed in conjunction with geology and climatic factors. There are 193 species of 63 genera in Jiangxi Province, among which orchids belonging to the terrestrial habitat type accounting for 59% of the total orchids, followed by epiphytic orchids, accounting for 32.6% of the total species. The distribution of saprophytic orchids in Jiangxi is the least, accounting for 8% of the total species.Orchid plants are widely distributed in the Wuyi Mountains, the Jiulian Mountains and the Luoxiao Mountains. From the perspective of species specificity, the middle and northern sections of the Wuyi Mountains and the section of the Luoqi Mountain near Qiyun Mountain are highly characteristic areas, indicating that these three areas differentiated from more orchids that were not found in other areas. From the perspective of diversity, the south-central segment of the Jiulian Mountains and the middle-south section of the Luoxiao Mountains in the entire Wuyi Mountains belong to the region with high diversity of orchids, which may be related to the diversified geomorphological features of the three regions.According to the distribution of suitable orchids in the orchid family, the southeastern part of Jiangxi Province belongs to the area with high adaptability of orchids, and the distribution of orchids of different life types presents a different distribution pattern. There are more distributions in the northern part of Jiangxi Province, while Safranin and Epiphytic orchids are more concentrated in the southern part of Jiangxi Province. The orchids of different life types showed a northward shift in the suitable area in 2070.Compared with ITS and matK,ITS+matK is more suitable for studying the phylogenetic diversity of orchids in Jiangxi Province. The phylogenetic tree established by these two molecular markers can be found, the phylogeny of the Wuyishan Reserve and the Jiulianshan Reserve. The diversity is high, and the phylogenetic structures of the two regions are divergent, indicating that the individuals of these two orchids are derived from evolutionary branches with farther evolutionary relationships.Although there are many orchids in Jinggangshan and Qiyunshan, their phylogenetic structures are aggregated. The orchids in these two regions are derived from the evolutionary branches with relatively close evolutionary relationships. The phylogenetic diversity and the most dry quarterly rainfall are also found. There is a link between quantity, which may be a limiting factor affecting the distribution of orchids. From the cluster analysis,Jinggangshan,Qiyunshan and Jiulianshan are clustered together, and the northern protected areas of Lushan and Sanqingshan and Guanshan are clustered together, while the Wuyi Mountain Reserve is a separate one,Ma Taushan and Tonglu Mountain are clustered.
