Based on the daily precipitation data of Guangxi from 1961 to 2016,this paper calculates and analyses the monthly average precipitation variations in various parts of Guangxi through linear trend analysis and spatial interpolation methodand introduces the concept of precipitation anomaly percentage to analyze the annual and monthly drought situation in Baise City from 1961 to 2016.May to July is the period of mango expansion in Youjiang Valley,during which the precipitation is large.The heavy rain and heavy rain in this period are analyzed.According to the water requirement law of mango during the whole growth period,the influence of daily average precipitation change trend on Mango during 1980-2016 was analyzed.(1)The precipitation in Guangxi varies greatly during the year and between years.Generally speaking,the precipitation in January,March,May,June,July,September,November and December shows an increasing trend.The most obvious trend is in July,followed by June and May.The precipitation in February,April,August and October has a downward trend.Spatially,the precipitation in Guangxi is closely related to the topography.(2)In the 56 years from 1961 to 2016,the drought frequency in Baise City of Guangxi is more.From the interannual scale,the drought year in Guangxi has increased since the 1980s.On the intermonthly scale,March and November are the two months most prone to drought in Baise City,and the number of drought events in May,June,July,August and September is less.From May to July,the number of heavy rainy days,the amount of heavy rainy precipitation and the intensity of heavy rains all increased,while the number of heavy rainy days and the amount of rainstorm precipitation showed a downward trend in general.The intensity of heavy rains in May and June showed an upward trend,and in July it showed an obvious downward trend.(3)During the 37 years from 1980 to 2016,the daily average precipitation in Baise showed the following trends:January,June,September,October and December showed an upward trend,February,March,April and July showed a downward trend.The precipitation in May,August and November did not change much.Mango industry is the pillar industry in Baise City,Guangxi.Studying the trend of precipitation has a good guiding role for the development of mango industry and brings good economic benefits to Baise.The results show that the change of precipitation trend has some adverse effects on early-maturing mango,but it is beneficial to Middle-maturing and late-maturing mango.It is suggested that the planting structure of mango be adjusted and the planting proportion of Middle-maturing and late-maturing mango be increased appropriately.
