| Coastal erosion is a common disaster in the world’s marine countries,and coastal restoration has become one of the research difficulties and hot spots.Located in the north of Chengshidao Bay Provincial Tourist Resort in Rongshidao,Weihai,Chudao is the seat of a famous historical and cultural village in China.Over the past 30 years,the coastal wharf construction and large-scale aquaculture in the village of Chudao have changed the dynamic conditions of the coastal waters,resulting in increased coastal erosion.Creating a new sustainable coastal restoration technology with green ecology,low cost,simple construction and safety and health plays an important role in the protection of the coastline of Chudao and the heritage of national history and culture.Based on the elevation data of beach profile and wave elements,sediment particle size variation characteristics,this paper constructs an experimental beach restoration project with sand bags as the main body and adheres to the concept of environmental priority through the important stages of project design and budget,material design and procurement,site construction and project management.The data of beach profile are mainly measured by RTK-GPS in situ to determine the elevation changes of beach section in different periods.Several profiles are selected for regular,fixed-point and fixed-point observation in the north and south coastal sections to analyze the changes of beach morphology and to study the changes and trends of coastal erosion and siltation.Special sandbags are the main materials for slope protection restoration experiments.Because of its small impact on the environment,saving construction time and reducing the cost of construction,it has been gradually accepted by the engineering community.The whole project is divided into three experimental sections.Each experimental section adopts different schemes for comparative study.This experiment uses on-site paving,and has completed the construction of the body of the first phase of the protection project.Later,ecological restoration will be carried out.The change of beach profile in Chudao has seasonal regularity.The beach shoulder in summer profile is wider and bars are not easy to be seen.In winter profile,bars parallel to the coastline are easy to form,and the volume content of beach sediment remains relatively unchanged.The slope of beach profile is gentle in winter and larger in summer.According to the periodic observation of the fixed section,the reciprocatingchanges of the beach shoulder in the section can be described.The annual erosion rate of the whole beach is 0.052m/a,and that of individual sections is 2.22m/a.The shoreline restoration project is located in the coastal section of the northern side of Chudao where the erosion is serious and the beach disappears rapidly.The total length of the test section of the repair project is 74 m,with a total of three test sections.Each test section has the same slope,height and the depth of the geosyncline excavation,but the amount of sand bags in each test section is different(cost is different): the most expensive section of-1 in the test section;the most economical section of the-2 in the test section;and the-3 in the test section is of moderate cost.The main engineering material used is special anti-aging sand bag.The beach protection project replaces the stone/concrete structural materials,greatly reducing the impact of engineering environmental disasters;this method effectively protects the stability of the coastline,and has no obvious impact on the erosion and siltation changes of the beach in front of the shore;from the comparison map before and after the restoration,it can be seen that the coastline after the restoration has more visual impact,and when the second stage of greening project is completed,the beach will have the same impact.It has the economic and environmental benefits of tourism. |
