The study of land use change,distribution characteristics and pattern has been deepened,and the study of land use optimization allocation has been paid more and more attention.With the improvement of land use efficiency,the contradiction of land resources utilization is becoming more and more serious.It is urgent to study the optimization of land use,including the optimization of quantitative structure and spatial layout.The natural and social environment of the border area is complex and changeable,and its geographical location is special.It is of great strategic significance to safeguard national unity and social stability and to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity.It is of great significance to study the optimal allocation of land use in the border areas of Guangxi for alleviating the complex and changeable land use conflicts,coordinating the needs of various types of land resources and realizing the sustainable use of land.Based on the analysis and summary of the theory and model of land use optimization,the optimal allocation of land use in border areas,the relationship between ecological services and land use,the grey linear programming model and FLUS model are adapted to carry out the research on the optimal allocation of land use in border areas of Guangxi.Based on the interpretation results of remote sensing image data in Guangxi border areas in 2007,2012 and 2017,this paper analyzed the land use structure change,land use dynamic change and land use transfer matrix in Guangxi border areas from 2007 to 2017,and obtained the characteristics and rules of land use change in Guangxi border areas.In order to improve the value of ecosystem services,according to the characteristics of land resources utilization and the requirements of general land use planning in Guangxi border area,considering the operability of relevant data,12 constraints were set up,and a grey linear programming model was established to solve the optimization results of the quantitative structure of land use in Guangxi border area in 2022.The FLUS model was used to optimize the quantitative structure of land use in Guangxi border area by the grey linear method.As the total amount control,the land use optimization scheme solved by the planning model optimizes the spatial distribution of the 2017land use data,eight driving factors and one restrictive factor in Guangxi border area,and solves the optimal land use allocation scheme in 2022 in Guangxi border area.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions for land use optimization in Guangxi border area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Generally speaking,the land use structure in the border areas of Guangxi is dominated by woodland,cultivated land,and other lands.From 2007 to 2017,the area of cultivated land,garden land,grassland,and forest land continued to decrease,the area of transportation land,urban villages and industrial and mining land continued to increase,and the area of water and water conservancy facilities land and other land showed fluctuations.In terms of the area and extent of land use change,the area of cultivated land decreased the most,the area of grassland decreased the most;the area of urban villages and industrial and mining land increased significantly,and the change rate increased from 6.16%to 9.88%.From the point of view of land use dynamic degree change,urban villages and industrial and mining land are the largest land use types with single land use dynamic degree,which is 1.664%,while the comprehensive land use dynamic degree in Guangxi border area is 0.10%,which belongs to very slow change type.From the perspective of land use transfer change,the land use type with the largest inflow is urban villages and industrial and mining land,mainly cultivated land,forest land,grassland,garden land,and other land inflow;the land use type with the largest outflow is woodland,mainly transformed into urban villages and industrial and mining land,transportation land,other lands,and cultivated land.From 2007 to 2017,the land use rate in the border areas of Guangxi has been increasing,and the trend of urban expansion is obvious.Construction occupies cultivated land,garden land,forest land and,grassland,and a large number of agricultural land is losing non-agricultural.(2)The optimal allocation scheme of land use in Guangxi border area in 2022 is as follows:cultivated land area is 352689.90 hm~2,garden land area is 72774.64 hm~2,forest land area is 985 228.00 hm~2,grassland area is 69001.69 hm~2,Town Village and industrial and mining land area is 47565.39 hm~2,transportation land area is 22801.98hm~2,water area and water conservancy facilities land area is 56322.16 hm~2,other land area is 190757.77 hm~2.The total value of ecosystem services was38,002,343,300 yuan,an increase of 18,343,400 yuan compared with 2017.The dynamic pattern transfer shows that the increase of urban villages,industrial and mining land,and transportation land mainly comes from the transformation of cultivated land,forest land,and other lands,mainly distributed around cities and towns,and connected with the original urban land.The reduction of other land use mainly converted into urban construction land,cultivated land,transportation land and so on,shows that the efficiency of land use has improved.
