Through consulting literature resources,field investigation and laboratory analysis,this study carried out an overall analysis of linolenic acid resources plants in Xiangxi.Through the established evaluation criteria for linolenic acid resources plants,a series of linolenic acid resources plants suitable for the development of Xiangxi were screened out.In view of the technical bottlenecks of representative enterprises in the development of linolenic acid industry,feasible solutions were put forward.The industrial development of linolenic acid was prospected.The main results are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation of linolenic acid resources plants in Xiangxi,371 species of linolenic acid resources plants(oil content(?1%)and linolenic acid content(?1%)were found in Xiangxi,belonging to 87 families and 240 genera.Among them,Leguminosae(24 species),Cruciferae(19 species),Rosaceae(19 species),Rutaceae(18 species),Euphorbiaceae(15 species),Lauraceae(12 species),Euphorbiaceae(11 species),Labiatae(10 species)have 128 species of linolenic acid resources plants,which are the dominant families of linolenic acid resources in Xiangxi,Brassica(14 species),Zanthoxylum(9 species),Aralia(8 species).There are 49 species of Linolenic acid resource plants in the genus Nansnateng(6 species),Acer(6 species)and Camellia(6 species),which are the dominant genera of Linolenic acid resource plants in Xiangxi.Among the life forms,270 species of woody plants and 101 species of herbaceous plants are found.Horizontal distribution of species is uneven in Xiangxi,and there are some differences among counties and cities.The city is denser,the south is sparse,and the vertical direction is mainly distributed in the middle-low mountain and hilly areas in the range of 300-1000 m above sea level.In the content of linolenic acid,there are 90 kinds of high-content linolenic acid plants,which are rich in linolenic acid resources in Xiangxi.This large group has great development and utilization value.(2)Among 90 kinds of plants rich in linolenic acid resources,10 evaluation indices were synthetically evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)from three aspects: growth characteristics,oil characteristics and development and utilization potential.According to the comprehensive score,they were divided into four development and utilization grades.Eleven kinds of plants with linolenic acid resources developed in grade I were screened out,which were Actinidia chinensis var.deliciosa,Actinidia chinensis,Elsholtzia ciliata,Agastache rugosa,Zanthoxylum echinocarpum,Eucommia ulmoides,Celosia argentea,Perilla frutescens,Geum aleppicum,Perilla frutescens var.crispa and Lepidium apetalum.Among them,Actinidia chinensis var.deliciosa,Actinidia chinensis,Eucommia ulmoides and Perilla frutescens are the best and preferred species for development and utilization in Xiangxi.(3)From the point of view of linolenic acid microcapsules,taking kiwifruit seed oil as an example,using molecular complexation method,using beta-cyclodextrin as wall material and kiwifruit seed oil as core material,linolenic acid microcapsules were prepared.On the basis of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the preparation conditions of kiwifruit seed oil microcapsules were optimized.The optimum technological conditions were as follows: wall oil ratio was 4:1,when embedding.The encapsulation rate and yield of kiwifruit microcapsules were 74.52% and 79.33% respectively.The encapsulation effect was good.By evaluating the quality of microcapsules,the microcapsules prepared under the optimum technological conditions are light yellow,powder solid and have good fluidity.Microscopically,kiwifruit seed oil is spherical and uniform in shape and size.Kiwifruit seed oil changes from liquid to solid,which facilitates transportation.The experiment of storage oxidation of microencapsulated kiwifruit seed oil shows that microencapsulation can effectively avoid the contact between kiwifruit seed oil and the outside environment,prevent it from being oxidized,prolong the storage period of kiwifruit seed oil,and solve the problem of difficult storage of kiwifruit seed oil.
