Considering the current geographical location of the five northwestern provinces and regions,the economic development is backward and the backward correlation of the industry is not strong.The industry is mostly industrial which high pollution and high energy consumption,it has caused great damage to the local resources-environment,leading to uncoordinated development between industrial economic and resource-environment.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper has analyzed the influencing factors between industrial development and resource-environment.Secondly,it builds coupled coordination evaluation index system and model,and compare and analyze the spatial differences in the coupling coordination degree in the whole 51 cities in the five northwestern provinces,and build a constant coefficient regression model and geographically weighted regression model analyzes the influence factors respectively.The main research content go as follows:(1)Based on the actual situation in China and previous research experience,summarized the influence factors between industrial economy and resource-environment.The influence factors of industrial development on resources-environment are mainly elaborated from the three aspects of industrial structure,scale and layout.The influence factors of resourcesenvironment on industrial development are respectively elaborated from the aspects of natural resources and environmental carrying capacity.(2)Quantitatively analyzed the level of coupling coordination between industrial development and resources-environment of the whole 51 cities in the five northwestern provinces.Using the entropy method to calculate the weight of each index and calculate the comprehensive evaluation degree of industrial development and resource-environment,and finally build a coupling coordination model to calculate the coupling coordination degree and classify them.The following conclusions are drawn: From the comparison of 51 cities in the five northwestern provinces,the average level of coupling coordination degree is 0.6273,and the difference between the cities is large.Most cities are between 0.5-0.8,basically in the adjustment and antagonism coupled stages.Among them,only Yulin and Bayinguole have a high degree of coupling coordination is above 0.76 and they will soon achieve a good coordinated development.In terms of the spatial distribution of the cities,there is a certain degree of aggregation.The cities with high coupling coordination degree are generally concentrated in the Xinjiang region,Haixi Prefecture,and provincial capital cities in the provinces and their surrounding areas,while the cities with low coupling coordination degree are clustered in the Qinghai region and remote areas in each province.(3)Quantitatively analyzed the spatial differences in the coupling coordination degree of industrial economic and resources-environment of the whole 51 cities in the five northwestern provinces.By calculating the spatial Moran's I index and drawing the LIAS aggregation map,we can conclude that the spatial distribution of the coupling coordination degrees does not fully exhibit a random state,it has a significant aggregation in spatial distribution,and presents a positive autocorrelation.From a local point of view,the areas with high coupling coordination degree are mainly gathered in Shanxi Province and eastern Gansu.Using the constant coefficient regression model and geographically weighted regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree,we can see that the constant coefficient regression model has a certain degree of spatial concealment in the fit of the spatial model,and can't fully reflect each local parameter estimation values of influencing factors.Geographical weighted regression model can reveal the spatial heterogeneity.Through analysis,it can be known that the comprehensive effects of various influencing factors jointly determine the differences in the coupling coordination degree of industrial economic and resourceenvironment.Due to the spatial differences in industrial bases,technological development levels,resource reserves and environmental conditions,the coupling coordination levels of the regions have different sensitivities to different influencing factors,different influencing factors affect the same city area.The level of coupling coordination between industrial economy and resources-environment is different,and the same influencing factors have different effects on the coupling coordination level of industrial economy and resources-environment in different regions.(4)Considering the current development status of the five northwestern provinces,the following suggestions on promoting the coordinated development between industrial development and resources-environment in the five northwestern provinces are proposed.
