Research On Coal Mine Development And Management Based On Evaluation Of Resources And Environment Carrying Capacity

It has a long history of coal mining in Zhenxiong,Yunnan province.With the rise of "indigenous sulfur refining" in the area,the coal mine production in Zhenxiong County has sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.It is well known that the development of coal mines is one of the driving forces for regional economic growth.However,with the finiteness of resources,the updated concept of sustainable development and the adherence to the strict standards of "green mines",the contradiction between the extensive mining method and the sustainable development of the environment has become increasingly acute.At present,coal mine management is mostly the management of single coal mine.However,there are few studies on the management of coal mines under the constraint of resource and environment carrying capacity.In this paper,the influence of coal mine resources environmental capacity are summarized based on predecessors' four index and a coal resources development limit,used the analytic hierarchy process,construction of coal mine resources environmental capacity evaluation system,so as to research in coal mine resources environmental capacity constraints,extract the Zhenxiong of problems existing in the development of coal mine,to seek effective way of management of coal mine,coal resource environmental bearing capacity,promote the harmonious development of coal mining and environmental protection.The main research process and conclusions are as follows:(1)through the field investigation of Zhenxiong coal mine and the collection of data from relevant departments,the coal mine distribution characteristics,coal mine endowment characteristics,development status and other aspects of Zhenxiong are analyzed,so as to have a more detailed and real understanding of the basic situation of coal resources in Zhenxiong.(2)the four sub-indexes of resource and environment carrying capacity in the "technical requirements for the evaluation of land,resources and environment carrying capacity(trial)" and a limit index of coal mine development were used to evaluate the carrying capacity of coal mine development..(3)the analysis of factors influencing the Zhenxiong of bearing capacity of coal development and management,it is concluded that in the present stage,Zhenxiong coal mine construction and mining situation is facing problems are as follows: the coal mine exploitation and utilization of overall low level,low coal production,coal price fluctuations and coal mine safety accidents occur frequently,a shortage of skilled workers,the employment pressure big coal mine,coal mine caused by excessive mining subsidence and geological disasters such as landslides,threat of water resources,the coal extraction for energy after abandon slag adverse impact on the environment,land resources destruction,mine engineering construction and production of waste and other nine questions.(4)the evaluation and management conclusions of Zhenxiong based on coal mine resources and environmental carrying capacity are drawn.The comprehensive conclusion of bearing capacity of coal resources and environment in Zhenxiong is obtained through the comparison of coal mine development index and bearing level standard through the calculation of each sub-index.(2)Zhenxiong coal mine resource environment bearing state worrying.(3)reasonable coal mine development management is of great significance to improve the bearing capacity of coal mine resources and environment in Zhenxiong.Based on the current bearing capacity of coal mines in Zhenxiong,how to improve the bearing capacity of coal resources and realize the good development of coal industry through the management of coal mines.The main methods are: optimized management of resource allocation,upgrading of coal mines,establishment of circular economy industrial chain of coal enterprises,development of additional industries of coal mines,and ecological restoration of abandoned mining areas.
