In this thesis,we focus on SEIS and SEIR disease transmission models on complex networks, and the spread of these two disease models on uniform networks and scale-free networks. In recent years, more and more scholars have paid close attention to the spread of infectious diseases on the complex networks, but there is few related research works about which it has incubation in latent period. In this thesis,SEIS and SEIR disease transmission models were analyzed based on the ability of patients with latent infection, where S represents susceptible,E represents exposed,I represents infected,R represents recovered. In this thesis, the basic reproduction number of two type's disease models is studied. After calculation,we found that the basic reproduction number of SEIS and SEIR disease models on the uniform network and scale-free network is equal and associated with the latent infection probability. The basic reproduction number on Uniform Network is R0=?1<k>/?+?2<k>/?,the basic reproduction number on scale-free network is R0=(<k2>/<k>)(?1+?2?/?))/?.
