Aiming at the engineering disaster of saturated silt liquefaction, the mechanical properties of silt consolidation after liquefaction are studied in this paper. The dynamic triaxial liquefaction test and consolidation loading test of saturated silt were carried out by using GCTS dynamic triaxial apparatus, the influence of confining pressure, silt content on the dynamic strength of saturated silt was studied. The effects of confining pressure, silt content and reconsolidation degree on pore water pressure dissipation and stress-strain relationship during consolidation loading test of saturated silt after liquefaction were studied. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The growth rate of pore water pressure is greatly influenced by the magnitude of dynamic load. With the increase of dynamic load amplitude, the pore water pressure increases faster, and the time required for the sample to reach liquefaction state is relatively shorter.(2)The dynamic strength of saturated silt is affected by confining pressure and silt content. The dynamic strength of saturated silt increases with the increase of confining pressure and silt content, and the liquefaction potential of saturated silt decreases with the increase of silt content.(3)During the consolidation loading test of saturated silt after liquefaction, with the increase of confining pressure, silt content and degree of re-consolidation,the more obvious of silt the dilatancy, the faster the dissipation of pore water pressure and the faster the increase of deviator stress.Under the same other conditions, the undrained shear strength of the reconsolidated silt after liquefacton increases with the increase of confining pressure, silt content and degree of re-consolidation.(4)The logarithmic curve model can well fit the stress-strain relationship of saturated silt after liquefaction consolidation.
