Laser processing has become one of the most important method in surface processing because of it's pros that untouched,high power,high accuracy and controllable,etc.In past times,we mainly aimed in flat face processing,lacking of three-dimensional processing research.So we can hardly find ripen system solution in our market.This paper aimed at researching and developing the whole system in this field.Firstly,using the three-dimension scan-system based on dynamic focusing and five-axis workbench we constructed our system's hardware platform.And we measured the relationship between real word coordinate and hardware coordinate,so we could calculate the coordinate function on software system and hardware system.Secondly,according to the character of several three-dimensional model used in industrial manufacture,we deconstructed the model and reconstructed their topologic structure,then optimize the data structure to accelerate calculate speed.Moreover,we designed a three-dimensional display window on our system to directly show the model and mesh,raised a segment and pick up algorithm using this window.Thirdly,based on the segmented and reconstructed model,using definition and calculation of conformal geometry in Riemann geometry,refer to texture mapping method in Computer Graphic,we raised the Optimizing Least Squared Conformal Parametrization algorithm that decreasing most of the distortion in the parameterization of three-dimensional model to flat mesh,and the Multi-Field prior parametrization which decreasing distortion of particular parts on model as much as possible,keeping other parts relative unwounded.By these algorithm we can parametrize the three-dimensional model into flat mesh,then we can easily put the edited pattern on the mesh,calculate location of each point on model,and insert control point of long line.At last,we control the laser and scan system output laser by our result calculated,get the processing result and compared with other method.Analyzing experimental result anderror,found some direction to optimize and research later.
