| At present,the smart city process is constantly developing and advancing.Urban planning,as one of the important areas involved in the construction of smart cities,has received much attention.Each urban planning management department starts from the practical problems existing in urban development,formulating various rectification measures and planning for reconstruction projects,and promoting the new multi-standard urbanization construction.In view of the illegal construction that often occurs in urban development that does not meet the requirements,how to better control the management of illegal construction and the reconstruction of related land has important research value for urban,planning.Therefore,this paper proposes a set of 3D real-scene map information experiment system for urban planning management application,and then studies the advanced and applicable aspects of 3D real-world model in the field of urban planning management illegal construction demolition and planning analysis.The specific research content and implementation results include the following aspects:(1)First introduce the Cesium framework,WebGIS architecture and system related front and back end technologies used in the experimental system.Then,the two-dimensional data conversion method and the oblique photography three-dimensional modeling technology in the business data are studied,and the data types that the experimental system can load are obtained.According to the structural characteristics of these two-dimensional and three-dimensional business data,the HDFS distributed file storage technology is used to realize the two-dimensional data and three-dimensional data storage and efficient management;finally,based on the actual needs,on the basis of Cesium three-dimensional open source framework,in-depth study of key technologies such as two-dimensional and three-dimensional data loading,visual rendering and spatial analysis,using B/S architecture for planning management application experiment system Perform architectural design and functional implementation.(2)In the planning management query function,the system mainly accesses two-dimensional and three-dimensional multi-source business data,realizing high-precision real-scene map roaming,real-time video monitoring,point query and two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration,etc.,and can quickly find key point services.The information is easy to understand the situation of on-site demolition and re-construction,and more accurately present the macro-level pattern in urban planning.(3)In the three-dimensional auxiliary planning analysis function,it mainly realizes the functions of submergence analysis,profile analysis,visual domain analysis and skyline analysis in the three-dimensional scene,and explains the three-dimensional GIS analysis method in traffic planning,building site selection and urban overall The auxiliary planning role in landscape design highlights the important role of 3D real-life map information system in urban planning management,and provides strong technical support and decision-making basis for urban planning management construction.(4)In the data management function,the urban planning business data is regularly updated to ensure the timeliness of the data,and it is convenient to query and manage the planning business data,and promote the city to be more scientific and rational planning and development. |
