With the rapid development of the economy,the number of vehicles has increased dramatically,leading to problems in the transportation field,such as traffic congestion and accidents occur frequently.As a kind of transportation tool,electronic map can display geospatial data well,which is called the cornerstone and source of intelligent transportation.Because the development of electronic maps is very rapid,its types are also very diverse,but any kind of electronic maps use their corresponding map format data,which leads to the data of different maps not being well shared on the data resources.Therefore,aiming at the difference of POI and other information in different kinds of electronic maps,this thesis fuses POI and other information from different sources,and finally realizes data reuse.Reasonable vehicle routing planning can avoid urban traffic congestion and accidents to a certain extent,in order to promote the application of electronic map in route planning,this thesis also studies the vehicle routing problem of logistics distribution under the actual road conditions of Zhenjiang City,based on the related technologies provided by electronic map and the improved intelligent optimization algorithm.On the basis of the theoretical research in this thesis,a vehicle routing planning information system based on Java EE technology is designed and implemented,which can provide reasonable vehicle routing arrangement for relevant staff,and support the query function of POI and other information after fusion.Firstly,this thesis makes a detailed analysis of some related technologies of electronic map,summarizes the concept of electronic map,the structure and the overall framework of electronic map,and gives a detailed description of some related classes in API of electronic map.Secondly,this thesis studies the technology of electronic map fusion,analyses how to obtain POI information points from different electronic maps and transform the corresponding data format,and then uses the spatial location-based method to fuse the acquired POI data to form a fusion set.Then,this thesis analyses the problem of vehicle routing planning for logistics distribution based on electronic map and establishes the corresponding mathematical model.Based on the mathematical model,the ant colony algorithm is analyzed and studied,and the basic ant colony algorithm is improved for the problems of easy stagnation and falling into local optimal solution.Then the improved ant colony algorithm combined with electronic map technology is applied to the logistics vehicle routing problem,and the detailed flow chart of the algorithm solving process is given,and the experimental analysis is carried out with the actual data.Finally,a vehicle routing planning information system is designed and implemented on the basis of the whole thesis theory,and the function modules of the system are tested.
