Solid-phase mass flow measurement in gas-solid two-phase flow is one of the research hotspots at home and abroad.Due to the complexity and diversity of its flow patterns,gas-solid two-phase flow makes it difficult to meet the needs of life and industry in measurement accuracy,which seriously restricts the development of gas-solid two-phase flow technology.A large number of methods for measuring the mass flow rate of gas-solid two-phase flow solid phase have been studied,especially the double bend method.The measuring principle is to install a bend sensor before the gas-solid mixing point to measure the pressure difference between the single-phase gas and the inner and outer walls of the elbow.After the mixing point,an elbow sensor is installed to measure the gas-solid two-phase mixture flowing through the bend.The pressure difference generated when the tube is used.The pressure difference between the inner and outer walls of the front-bend pipe with gas-solid mixing point is established.,the pressure difference between the inner and outer walls of the curved pipe after gas-solid mixing point is the input variable BP neural network,wavelet network two The soft measurement model has a measurement relative error of 6% or less,and its error is calibrated.Secondly,it draws on the previous research results of gas-solid two-phase flow combination flow measurement,combined with the advantages of differential pressure double cone sensor in flow measurement and the advantages of ultrasonic flowmeter in gas-solid two-phase flow volume flow measurement.A new method for the measurement of gas-solid two-phase flow combined with ultrasonic correlation and differential pressure is proposed.The flow parameters of gas-solid two-phase flow can be measured online.Figure 29;Table 2;Reference 52...
