The interpretation of geological structures is an important work in the field of geoscience and geological exploration.Remote sensing technology has been widely used in the fields of international geological exploration and geological research due to the characteristics of multi-source information,macroscopicity and flexibility of using conditions.At present,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the structure of bedrock outlying area interpreted by remote sensing technology,but the exploration of bedrock deep cover area is insufficient.Remote sensing technology has been used in the pilot mapping project in loess region of western China.The experimental area of this paper is located in the northern area of baoji,shaanxi province.The linear structure in the study area is the linear active fault and fold which formed by tectonic movement.Since the active fault is closely related to the stability and mineralization of the regional tectonic framework,the main research object of the linear structure in the study area is the linear faulted structure.The main data sources used in this paper are Landsat8 OLI image,zy-3 image and DEM data,and the remote sensing interpretation of the linear structure in loess area and the automatic interpretation algorithm of linear structure are mainly studied.In order to solve the problem of remote sensing fault structure in the loess overburden area,remote sensing fault structure is interpreted manually.Based on the interpretation of geological data and field verification data,the geological structure distribution map of the study area was interpreted and the typical tectonic interpretation symbols suitable for the special geomorphologic area of the loess covered area were summarized according to the interpretation results.Then based on remote sensing interpretation of fracture structure of the loess coverage area of fracture structure computer automatic interpretation algorithm is studied,through the linear fracture structure with remote sensing and related geological data results contrast analysis verify the correctness of the automatic interpretation algorithm,also for the area covered by loess in the geological structure interpretation of the research provides a new way of thinking.The main contents and related achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Combined with Landsat8 OLI images,DEM and relevant geological data,a pretreatment method suitable for loess coverage area was selected to conduct principal component analysis,mountain shadow rendering and false color synthesis for remote sensing images,slope analysis and terrain line extraction for DEM data.The geological structure of the study area was interpreted based on the processing results of various methods,and the distribution map of linear structure of the study area was obtained after verification with geological data.The typical structural interpretation criteria of faults in this region were obtained through experiments,and the methods suitable for the structural interpretation of loess regions were explored,which can better solve the problem of the interpretation of fault structures in loess covered areas and provide verification data for subsequent studies on automatic interpretation algorithms.2.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the traditional linear structure automatic interpretation algorithm,this paper studies the characteristics of the concealed state of the fault structure in the study area,which is mostly covered by loess,and designs the automaticinterpretation method of fault structure based on the panchromatic image of resource 3satellite.This method combines the edge detection method based on phase consistency and hough transform to realize the extraction of the fractured linear body.This method has great advantages in the interpretation of local small hidden faults.The interpretation results are based on mathematical analysis,and the traditional visual interpretation method is more object33 ive.This method is mainly suitable for linear structures such as active faults,and the algorithms for automatic interpretation of other structures are still to be explored.
