In order to better promote the application of geogas method in deep concealed uranium exploration,combined use of geogas measurement,ground gamma spectroscopy,soil natural thermoluminescence measurement and 210Po measurement,tested in known sections of uranium mines.The self-developed constant-flow dynamic sampling system was used to collect ground gas samples,using solid trapping medium?high-density sponge?and liquid trapping medium?nitric acid solution?,and compare the collection effects of the two media.The similarities and differences between geogas measurement and other radioactivity measurements in concealed uranium exploration were compared and analyzed in the experiment.The results show:geogas measurement can reflect the uranium mine with a depth of more than 900m to the surface;for uranium mines,liquid capture media are more effective than solid capture media;the geogas measurement has a good consistency with the anomalous distribution of concealed ore as reflected by soil thermoluminescence measurement;the fault has a"positive"effect on the geogas anomaly,when the uranium mine exists near the fault,it usually forms a high anomaly at the fault and a sub-high anomaly at the uranium deposit.Joint application of geogas measurement and soil thermoluminescence measurement for concealed uranium exploration in unknown uranium mines,working area covers an area of 36.2 km2.The profile curve and the plane contour map are drawn according to the measurement results of the two methods,the results show that the main fault zone at the northwest side of the survey area is generally high in geogas,the control range is about2.4km in length and about 300m in width.There are two block-shaped high anomalous fields in the middle of the survey area.The high value of thermoluminescence is mainly distributed in the north and middle of the survey area,but there is no obvious abnormality at the fault.According to the results of the two measurement methods,the comprehensive anomaly distribution map is drawn,and the prospects with the potential of the larger concealed ore are roughly divided according to the rules summarized by the known section test.
