Wireless passive temperature measurement system is an important method of non-contact temperature measurement by using radio wave to transmit temperature signals.Once proposed,it has attracted extensive attention of researchers. The system is generally composed of sensors,T/R antennas and devices for receiving and processing electromagnetic wave information. The sensor should have high sensitivity and be able to adapt to harsh environment. Therefore,it is necessary that the sensor has the characteristics of simple structure and easy preparation. In order to solve the problem of information transmission in wireless passive temperature measurement system, the sensor, integrated antenna with sensor and antenna transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves are studied in this paper. The paper is divided into the following parts:Firstly, the research status at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed, and the research scheme of this topic is determined. On this basis, the related theories of this topic are introduced, which provides the foundation and basis for the follow-up research. Then, the sensor resonator, the integrated slot antenna with the resonator and the antenna transmitting and receiving electromagnetic wave are simulated respectively. In the resonator part, the rectangular resonator and the cylindrical resonator are simulated. These resonators are filled with material models with similar characteristics to the actual temperature-permittivity material, and the electrical parameters and structural parameters of various resonators are obtained. In the slot antenna part, the influence of the electrical parameters and the structural parameters of the slot antenna on the electrical parameters of the resonator is simulated and analyzed. In the transmitting and receiving antenna part, namely, two kinds of antennas are simulated and analyzed respectively, the electrical parameters of the horn antenna and the axial mode helical antenna and their effects on the working state of the system are simulated and analyzed respectively. Finally, based on the analysis, the system design is carried out,and a typical system scheme, namely the scheme of horn antenna irradiating the resonator,is selected for experimental verification. The test results show that the influence of the dielectric constant of the material in the resonator on the resonant frequency can be tested, which proves the feasibility and correctness of the temperature measurement system scheme. The resonant cavity and integrated antenna designed in this paper have the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple structure and easy preparation. The transmitting and receiving antenna designed in this paper has the characteristics of stable operation. The above results can be widely used in the temperature measurement system in harsh environment.
