The Making And Application Of Highway Specialized Map In Highway Cooperative Inspection System

With the development of computer graphics,mobile terminal electronic equipment and the refinement of the division of labor in the industry,thematic maps are becoming more and more closely integrated with the highway industry.By the end of the 12 th five-year plan,the construction of Nanjing highway transportation infrastructure has been basically modernized.In order to better accord with the public demand for traffic service,it is urgent to raise the level of scientific management.Therefore,the construction of highway coordinated patrol management system is proposed.Due to the system adopts the new search mode,we need to study thematic map making and application of the system overall,so as to explore a set of complete theoretical research method and drawing system.This paper begins with the present situation of highway patrol system,summarizes the development and change process of the highway collaborative inspection system,puts forward a requirement analysis of new system function and new environment.This paper explores the demand of different life cycle of highway construction and management on thematic map.According to the adjusted data structure of the thematic maps,this paper designed the structure factors of new layer,also discussed the interaction and influence of Internet+ and big data and maps.In this paper,the pretreatment process of the new structure data collected by CGCS2000,which is collected by high-precision road 3d collection vehicle,is described.The vector data is processed and fused,and the technical route of fusion processing is described.Updated image background data to form a systematic and complete data system from country to province and from province to local.In the aspect of mathematical foundation,maps level,factor display level and making the symbol library,the highway project data and background data was extracted,rendered and checked,followed by drawing process,such as slice,encryption.Due to the use of informationization means such as the Java development language,Oracle database,B/S structure design,the development of ArcGIS engine,GeoServer OpenLayers,the functions of the system,such as highway patrol vehicles real-time positioning,line trajectory tracking,historical trajectory to view,inspect patrol frequency,have been completed.This paper discusses the value of the application of thematic map for collaborative inspection system.By combining specific cases,different types of thematic maps at every stage of the project life cycle,and its specific application in highway industry practice and value have been discussed.
