Comparative Study On The Blue Economy Of China And The EU

At present,the process of globalization is accelerating,the outward-looking characteristics of the blue economy are becoming more and more obvious,and the opening,exchange and cooperation in the blue economy are gradually becoming the focus of universal public identification and attention in the countries involved in the sea.On the one hand,economic globalization is on the rise,and exchanges and cooperation between countries and regions are gradually deepening.The marine economy of various countries is no longer limited to the development of the blue economy industry in the country,and it is more manifested as open development and cooperative development.On the other hand,the complexity and inclusiveness of the ocean determines that the blue economy is not independent development,but is linked to social development,policy formulation,technological innovation,and ecological protection.Based on the characteristics of the blue economy,this paper selects China and the EU as the research object to compare the development level of the blue economy industry of the two major economies.Based on the principal component analysis method,the two major economies of China and the EU compare the two blue.The overall level of economic integration and resource utilization,using the Lausanne evaluation method to microscopically compare the openness of the blue economy industry in member countries and provinces in China and the EU.First,the definition of the blue economy in this study is mainly explained by the historical development of the blue economy concept,the promotion of the blue economy concept by the major economies,the definition of the blue economy,and then the characteristics of the blue economy.Secondly,from the comparison of the methods of classification of the blue economy industry between China and the EU,the specific classification is compared.Then,from the coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient,abundance and principal component analysis,compare the overall economic strength of China and the EU in the blue economy industry,and the relationship between resources and economic development level.Then,the blue economy industry openness index was constructed,and the leveraged analysis method was used to measure the openness of the specific blue economy industries of China's coastal provinces and the member states of the EU.At last,summarize the full text,draw corresponding conclusions based on empirical evidence,and give relevant discussion.Finally,the shortcomings of the research content of this paper are pointed out.
