Coupling Development And Simulation Analysis Of Export-oriented Economy And Blue Economy

Export-oriented economy and blue coupling development is a way to adjust economic structure.The relationship between the two developed from the initial competition for scarce resources to the export-oriented economy to promote the development of the blue economy and the development of the blue economy to promote foreign trade.The coordinated development between the two is conducive to the stable development of national and regional economy and society.The development of export-oriented economy provides impetus for the development of blue economy,and the development of blue economy provides vitality for the development of export-oriented economy.China's economic structure is bound to face greater changes and innovations in the context of the "One Belt And One Road" strategy.In such a situation,the two economic subsystems should no longer be allowed to compete for funds,manpower and development space,but should be supported by each other to produce a double growth effect.The export-oriented economic development and the blue economic development of the Yangtze river delta are in the leading position in the country.Moreover,the Yangtze river delta region is also the starting point of multiple routes in the "One Belt And One Road" strategy,and the geographical location is superior.At the same time,the Yangtze river delta region has a coordinated development of regional economy.Therefore,it is representative to select the Yangtze river delta region to study the coupling status of export-oriented economy and blue economy,simulate the future development trend of the Yangtze river delta region,and give some suggestions for the government to formulate policies in the future.Based on this background,this paper summarizes the existing research results at home and abroad to analyze and study the coupling development of export-oriented economy and blue economy in the Yangtze river delta region.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development status of export-oriented economy and blue economy in the Yangtze river delta region after 2009.It is found that both the export-oriented economy and the blue economy in the Yangtze river delta region show a development trend of spiral growth,which indicates that the export-oriented economy and the blue economy in the Yangtze river delta region have been well developed,so the Yangtze river delta region is the first choice of this paper.The coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate whether the export-oriented economy in the Yangtze river delta region has a coupling relationship with the blue economy in the process of synchronous growth.The degree of coupling coordination increases over time,specifically speaking,Zhejiang province has the highest degree of coupling and coordination among the two subsystems,the lag of export-oriented economy appears in jiangsu province and the lag of blue economy in Shanghai.Grey correlation analysis was used to find out the indexes with the strongest correlation of coupling coordination degree in the Yangtze river delta region,and to analyze which factors the coupling coordination degree was most sensitive to.The system dynamics model is used to analyze the coupling status of export-oriented economy and blue economy in the Yangtze river delta region in the future.The results show that in 2019-2030,the development speed of the blue economy will increase,the increase of blue economic output promotes the economic coupling coordination degree to reach the high quality coupling stage in the Yangtze river delta region.Finally,according to the conclusion of the analysis and research,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving the level of comprehensive economic development,increasing the coupling and coordination degree of economic system,and preparing for future development.
