Mountainous ecological resources include forestry resources, agricultural resources, mining resources, water resources, tourism resources, etc. The rational management, utilization and protection of them are related to the sustainable development prospects of human beings and society. At present, the investigation and information management of mountainous ecological resources in China are relatively backward, they are mostly acquired through field investigation and managed manually, which will cause various problems.Firstly, all kinds of survey results data, such as thematic data and land maps are prone to aging and wear when stored in paper.Secondly, the manual management of these data can result in inefficient update and backup of the data, poor intuitive and accuracy, inconsistent data structure, and inconvenient statistical analysis and effective management of ecological resources.Thirdly, the relationship between survey data and maps is limited, and existing data cannot reflect the spatial relationship between ecological resources. At the same time, mountainous areas are undulating. The elevation information has a significant impact on the distribution of resources. The existing information does not consider this information, which affects the smooth development of management. The rapid development of GIS and computer technology provides an opportunity for the realization of ecological resource management and visualization system. In this paper, the research and development of the system is compiled. The system not only combines the spatial and attribute data;and also considers the elevation information of the mountain under the two-dimensional integrated visualization platform. At the same time,it can provide various kinds of statistical reports and thematic maps for agriculture and forestry management departments to make decisions. This study is of great significance for the scientific and rational management and protection of mountainous ecological resources and for the promotion of human survival and sustainable development.Figure 37;Table 16;Reference 50...
