The concentration of slurry solution is an important basis for the formulation of process parameters in mineral processing.The existing pulp concentration detection methods have the disadvantages of low automation and inability to accurately detect in real time.Ultrasonic measurement has been applied in the field of slurry concentration detection due to its real-time and non-radiative properties,but it has problems such as low detection accuracy and poor anti-interference ability.Therefore,designing a high-precision,automated ultrasonic slurry concentration meter is of great significance for mineral processing.In this paper,the ultrasonic slurry concentration meter is susceptible to noise interference,the measurement accuracy is not high,and the anti-interference ability is poor.Based on the analysis of the influence of frequency,temperature and particle size on the attenuation coefficient.Mainly analyze the drive module,data acquisition module and power module in the measurement system.From different aspects,the system stability and the measurement error scheme are proposed.main tasks as follows:Analyze the traditional drive circuit,improve the drive circuit design according to the system frequency requirements,and obtain a stable sine wave output.According to the characteristics of the signal at the receiving end of the transducer,the logarithmic amplifier is used for signal amplification and compression,and the low-pass filter is added to reduce noise interference.Analyze the error of the analog conversion circuit,select the high-precision chip,and design the circuit to reduce the error.In order to reduce the influence of temperature on the sound attenuation coefficient,the system structure is optimized,and the temperature measuring device is added for temperature compensation.Reduce power supply ripple by adding a filter circuit.Analyze the performance of the transducer and the traditional matching circuit,optimize the traditional series inductance matching circuit,and make the transducer output waveform stable.The relationship between temperature,concentration and attenuation coefficient is established by the least squares method,and concentration calibration is performed.After the experimental measurement and the result analysis,the measurement accuracy is effectively improved.Figure 44,Table 17,Reference 48.
