The electromyoelectric biofeedback training and treatment system based on surface electromyogram has been widely used in clinical rehabilitation,with significant effects on nerve rehabilitation,orthopaedic rehabilitation and other fields.Surface emg signals often contain the functional status information of human neuromuscular,and the emg physiological information of patient parts is collected and recorded dynamically by surface electrodes as the feedback signal of emg biofeedback training and treatment,so that patients can learn to consciously regulate their own psychological and physiological activities to treat physical diseases.In this paper,a set of electromyoelectric biofeedback training and treatment system based on surface electromyogram is designed for clinical rehabilitation training and treatment of neuromuscular rehabilitation.The emg biofeedback training and treatment system is composed of hardware platform and software platform.The hardware platform includes upper computer function board,lower computer function board and electromyography acquisition function board,among which upper computer function board is used for man-machine interaction,lower computer function board is used for electric stimulation waveform output and power management,and electromyography acquisition function board is used for surface electromyography signal acquisition and signal processing.The software platform is based on the NXP ARM cortex-a9 architecture of the i.mx6 series application processor,the transplantation of Android4.4 system,and developed a set of application software based on the surface electromyography biofeedback training and treatment system,with electromyography evaluation function,for clinical electromyography analysis and diagnosis;It has the function of rehabilitation training game and is used for active rehabilitation training.It has the function of physical therapy with electrical stimulation and is used for passive and active rehabilitation.This paper mainly introduces the design of rehabilitation training system and rehabilitation treatment system.The rehabilitation training system module design for four rehabilitation of small game,used for neuromuscular rehabilitation training,active per game through acquisition trigger action game,multi-channel semg calculating the LZC complexity and energy as the electromyographic signal characteristic value,and through neural network learning algorithm is used to identify the action,thus through animation feedback to patients in rehabilitation training.And rehabilitation system module including the function of passivefunctional electrical stimulation and trigger feedback electrical stimulation function of two modes,the electromyographic signal load-point automatic detection and muscle power value algorithm calculating the size of a multi-channel semg as feedback signal input to the digital PID controller,to control the intensity of the electrical stimulation waveform output.In this paper,functional tests were carried out on the rehabilitation training system module and rehabilitation treatment system module of emg biofeedback training and treatment system,and the performance of the system was evaluated,so as to verify that the emg biofeedback training and treatment system designed in this paper meets the requirements of product development and application.
