| For complicated system,the complexity of the fault,uncertainty causes it in the event of failure,will bring immeasurable negative impact,the general research cannot be scientific and objective description of complex fault system fault conditions.This paper combined the Bayesian network and fault tree analysis for fault diagnosis and analysis of complex systemt technology,put forward to build the model of complex system fault diagnosis and analysis of multi state system based on Bayesian network,and the expected cost of diagnosis and theory of reliability function,is proposed for complex system maintenance control model,in order to improve the reliability of complex system to reduce the possibility of failure.There are following some main contents:(1)Put forward the problem of failure from the angle of multi state of complex system.A complex system category,there are a large number of components,and the performance over time is reduced,resulting in the different stages of component failure rate will change resulting in complex system showing different performance levels in different phases of operation.The traditional theory can’t meet the requirements of complex system.From the perspective of multi state,it is significant to analyze and diagnose the faults of complex system.(2)The fault analysis and diagnosis model of multi state for complex equipment based on Bayesian networks is constructed.According to the characteristics of complex system components polymorphism,multi state model of constructing the Bias network node,transformation design of fault tree to Bias network rules,Bias analysis of network structure of complex system diagnosis model,and find out the key of complex reasoning through the Bias system.(3)The model of fault maintenance and control for complex system is built.On the basis of obtaining the key parts of complex system,in order to reduce the possibility of the occurrence of failure,the reliability theory is used to construct the optimal preventive maintenance period decision model.For the complex system that has already appeared,using the expected cost function to construct the rapid repair model to obtain the more economical maintenance order.(4)Taking the hydraulic system of an unmanned aerial vehicle as an example,The analysis and fault diagnosis and give control countermeasures of the complex system,further reveals the method according to the actual needs of the rich to obtain quantitative and qualitative results,provide a scientific basis for fault management of complex system. |
