| In recent years,with the spread of infectious diseases such as avian influenza,Ebola and Zika in the world,biosafety has increasingly become a widespread concern all over the world.There are few traditional biosafety problems that have been studied in the field of biosafety.In the era of big data,we can get large data of electronic footprints of people in biological field by open source,and analyze their behavior patterns and social structures.Based on this,this article has done the following work:First,the model of biological hacker behavior and the framework of social structure analysis are put forward.The analysis framework combing the related concepts of biological hackers and their relationships,defines members participating in joint activities network,organization related network,biohacker social network and instantiates related operators,so as to lay a foundation for the analysis of biological hackers.Secondly,it introduces the acquisition and processing of open source data.The details of how to use the web crawler for data crawling and the specific process of data crawling are introduced in detail.According to the network defined by the biohacker mode and the social structure analysis framework,the data obtained are processed as members participating in the common activity network,the organization related network and the biohacker social network.Finally,the complex network method is used to analyze the biological hacker data,biotechnology data,and biology data.The members participate in the joint activity network and the organization network.The degree distribution of the network is analyzed,and the degree correlation index,the average path length,the average clustering coefficient and the degree centrality of the network are calculated.The community detection is carried out on the network,and the phenomenon of discovery is explained.At the same time,the biohacker’s social network and the human behavior dynamics of the biohacker was analyzed. |
