Research And Application On Dynamic Processing Method Of Harmful Function Based On Game Theory

With the development of technology and society,Chinese manufacturing industry had grown rapidly.However,due to the presence of harmful function makes the difficulty of the radical innovation increase greatly.It is lead to the quality of radical Innovation difficult to guarantee.Harmful Function is kind of associated functions that is not expected results to the product itself and the super system through using the product.Harmful function is actually a kind of product defect,which we use the product in the process of the constant or external damage is harmful function,harmful function of the product is the bottleneck of restricting the idealization of the product.It is great significant to study the characteristics and attributes of the harmful function for the realization of the technical upgrading and the improvement of the quality of the product design.However,the existing researches are still at the initial stage in the formation,identification and elimination of the harmful function.The main contents of the thesis are following:1.Proposed the method for dynamic identification of the harmful function based on non-cooperative game theory.Established the effect space game model,determined the effect of utility function through the fuzzy membership function,proposed a dynamic identification algorithm of the harmful function2.Proposed the dynamic handling method of the harmful function based on cooperative game theory.Firstly established the Harmful Function Oriented Function-Effect-Status(HF-FES)model and analyzed the necessity of the HF-FES model to study the dynamic handling method of harmful function.Then established the dynamic handling game model of harmful function,solved the NBS and proposed a dynamic handling algorithm of the harmful function3.Finally proposed the dynamic identification and handling method of the harmful function based on game theory and verified the practicability and validity of the method through the rectification module of financial machinery.Through built the effect chain model of the rectification module and depth calculation,identify the possible harmful function effect in system and determined the harmful effect.Through build the HF-FES model of the rectification module and finished the dynamic handing of the harmful function,after the analysis of harmful function to validation the practicability and validity of the method.
