The study of the protein properties of TRPV1 channel in nerve cells has become a hot topic recently,and TRPV1 channel has a strong response to temperature stim-ulation.However,a wide range of thermal stimulation alone can not reach the desired effect,because the TRPV1 channel is not concentrated on the cell membrane of nerve cells.If the TRPV1 channel of the nerve cells can be targeted for temperature stim-ulation,and then observed with a calcium imaging microscope,there would be more ideal phenomenon observed.Applying high-frequency alternating field,the magnetic nanoparticles will generate temperature stimulation to the nerve cells,which called cell magnetocaloric genetics research.This paper demonstrated how the local heating device of cell membrain worked based on magnetic nanoparticles targeted.The basic principle and characteristics of magnetic nano-farming method under the high-frequency alternating magnetic field have revealed.The research state of art of magnetic nano-heating equipment reviewed.The development of high-frequency alternating magnetic field generating device is very important for magnetic nano-targeted heating of TRPV1 protein.With the help of previous studies,we analyzed and simulated the applying high-frequency magnetic field,as well as the method of magnetic field measyrement,then proposed a feasible scheme that can be applied to magnetic nanotic nano-targeted heating devices of nerve cell.The design work can be divided into four parts: PC end control interface,hardware circuit part,high frequency magnetic field generating coil and coil heat sink.In the four parts of the design process,the various characteristics of the magnetic nano-targeted heating device were described in detail.Problems occurring in the design process have been analyzed,and the corresponding solutions have shown subsequently.After the device is completed,the magnetic induction intensity needs to be mea-sured,and the measured magnetic induction intensity is analyzed,and the measureddata is compared with the theoretical calculation result.The magnitude of the magnetic field strength is proportional to the current relationship.The magnetic nano-particles were heated by a magnetic nano-targeted heating device,and the heating results were analyzed.The development of magnetic nano-targeted heating device can be applied to the nerve cell targeted heating experiment,and the volume of the device is relatively small,which also provides a reference for the subsequent miniaturization design of the mag-netocaloric device.The magnetic nano-targeted heating device fills the blank of the magnetic nano heating device with a frequency above 400 kHz to some extent,which provides a reference for further development of devices for animal experiments,and also provides necessary equipment for researching magnetic nanomaterials.
