Development And Experimental Study Of Rock Mass Quality Evaluation System Based On Rotary Cutting Penetration Technology

The development and application of XCY-1 rock mass mechanical parameters rotary shearing-ing penetration sounder provides a new idea and method for fast acquisition of rock mass characteristic parameters in situ.Based on the rotary penetration technology.An intelligent analysis platform is established to realize the intelligent identification of rock mass characteristic parameters.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of rotary shearing penetration sounding and the national standard for engineering classification of rock masses(GB50218-2014).Studied the specific work value of rock mass and established the comprehensive specific work identification model of rock mass hardness degree;studied the statistical characteristics of rotary cutting parameters and established the statistical identification model of rock mass integrity degree;studied the relationship between rock mass mechanical parameters and rotary cutting parameters.Modified the theoretical solution of mechanical parameters and established identification model;studied the theory of fuzzy mathematics and established the fuzzy mathematical model of rotary cutting parameters.The rock mass grade is obtained by fuzzy recognition.(2)Based on MATLAB GUI,a fast intelligent analysis system for rotary penetration detection technology is developed.The identification module of rock mechanics parameters,the intelligent identification module of rock integrity,the intelligent identification module of rock hardness and the intelligent evaluation module of rock mass quality are established respectively,and finally the integrated system is established.(3)The relationship between rock mass quality and rotary cutting parameters is obtained by analyzing rotary penetration test.The rotary cutting parameters are analyzed by using the intelligent analysis platform of rotary penetration rock mass.The rock mass quality of boreholes 2#,3#and 5#in Dongzhuang Reservoir are ?,? and ?.
