The Drug Resistance Investigation Of Haemophilus Parasuis In Sichuan Province And Analysis Of Its Resistant Genes For ?-lactams And Sulfonamides

Glasser's disease is one of the bacterial diseases that cause the greatest damage to the pig industry in the world.The prevalence of resistance to Haemophilus parasuis(HPS)and resistance mechanisms are also increasing.s concern.This study examined the resistance of Haemophilus parasuis in Sichuan to 15 clinically common veterinary antibiotics and the carrying status of 7 resistant genes.It provides a scientific basis for the selection of antibiotics for Haemophilus parasuis in Sichuan and lays a foundation for rapid drug sensitivity testing.1.Detection of antibiotic resistance of 15 antibiotics on HPS in SichuanUsing the paper diffusion method,312 strains of HPS isolates isolated from 17 regions of Sichuan Province were tested for drug resistance from 2014 to 2016.The drug resistance rates of ceftiofur,cefotaxime,ampicillin,amoxicillin,ceftazidime,apramycin,gentamicin,neomycin,streptomycin,florfenicol sulfadiazine,sulfadiazine,enrofloxacin,colistin and tilmicosin were 3.21%,3.85%,8.33%,4.49%,15.38%,73.72%,11.54%,34.61%,20.51%,11.54%,10.90%,96.80%,30.13%,12.82% and 22.43%,respectively.Multiple drug resistance is serious.2.Detection of 7 drug resistance genes of HPS in Sichuan areaUsing molecular methods,7 resistant genes(TEM,SHV,CTX,OXA,DHA,SULI,and SUL II)were tested on 312 strains of HPS from 2014 to 2016,and the detection rates were12.82%,3.85%,2.56 %,1.92%,2.56%,66.03% and 44.23%,respectively.And at least onedrug resistance gene was detected on these strains.In addition,the coincidence rate between resistant genetype and phenotype for?-lactam and sulfa drug were 90.63% and 94.04%,respectively.The HPS field isolates in Sichuan have produced more severe antimicrobial resistance to antimicrobial agents.There are severe antimicrobial resistance of HPS field isolates in Sichuan.The coincidence rate of ?-lactam-and sulfa-resistant genes with resistant phenotypes is a high level.Moreover,it worked that judges drug resistance by detecting corresponding resistance genes on ?-lactams and sulfonamides and lays the foundation for a better control of HPS disease.
