In recent years,the sea oil spill accidents happened frequently,and now commonly used methods in oil spill treatment more or less have some defects.Burning and dispersant will cause secondary pollution,mechanical methods cannot be completely clean.But oil gelling agents are non-toxic,environmental friendly,easy to use and have high recovery rate.However,the researches and use of the coagulation agent around the world are pretty less.During the research,a new instrument which called the coagulation extruder is invented,and then establishes the coagulation properties evaluation method.According to the coagulation properties and factors researching experimental results of three types of Bohai crude oil,establish the application mathematical model of oil gelling agents.The results of this paper have important guiding significance for the practical application of oil gelling agents to remove spilled oil at sea.Firstly,the coagulation extruder produced a new coagulation property,named coagulation squeeze amount.And experiment shows that the coagulation extruder can measure almost all state of condensate,and the results have high reliability,low determinative error and good distinguish degree.Then,through the beaker basic experiment,the coagulation time experiment and the small wave sink experiment,obtain coagulation anti-squeezing strength curve and analysis the influence on coagulation effect of seven kinds of variables,which is the type of crude oil,the type of oil gelling agent,the oil-to-oil gelling agent ratio,the wave condition,the weathering time,and the reaction time.The beaker basic experiment is based on the type of crude oil,the type of oil gelling agent and the oil-to-oil gelling agent ratio,to study the coagulation properties of coagulant and the influence of three factors on coagulation effects.The coagulation time experiment can recommend oil collection time for actual situation.The small wave sink experiment research the influence of other factors on coagulation effects,and modify the coagulation squeeze amount curve.Finally,according to the experimental results,the application mathematical model of coagulant is established,including the formula of coagulation squeeze amount curve,the modified formula,the recommended amount and range of the coagulant.And the accuracy of the model is verified by verified experiment with large wave sink.The results show that the model calculation result is pretty accurate.
