Study On Characteristics Of Gelling Oil In Oil Spill On Water Surface

In recent years,with the rapid development of the world economy,the economic development must use fossil fuels,especially petroleum resources,as a powerful driving force for development.Therefore,there is a the rapid development of the oil industry and related industries.Because of geographical reasons,the petroleum resources is difficult to exploit in some of the part of the continent area of our country,which makes China began to attach importance to the development of offshore oil resources.However,the development and utilization of offshore oil has also brought a series of environmental problems,especially with the development of offshore oil industry,offshore oil transport industry has also developed.offshore oil transport activities of the increase of oil spill accidents,marine oil pollution has become increasingly serious.With the increasing of marine oil transportation,the oil spill accidents occur frequently and the oil pollution is becoming more and more serious.Oil spill accidents are very harmful for coastal residents and marine ecological environment.Internationally,there has been many methods of managing oil spills at sea,including physical methods,chemical methods and biological methods.The gelling agent,which combines the advantages of chemical methods and physical methods,has a unique effect on oil spill accidents.In this paper,the development history,classification and mechanism of the oil gelling agent are introduced,and the present situation and development trend of the oil gelling agent are described.In this paper,through consulting literature,compare the various evaluation methods of gelling agent,and their advantages and disadvantages,the viscosity is used as an indicator to evaluate the performance of gelling agent.And then change gelling oil temperature,oil type,gelling agent type,shear rate,gelling agent dosage and other factors to explore process of oil gelling and performance of oil agent.In this paper,from 5 kinds of gelling agents,three kinds of oil gelling agents N1,N3 and N2 were screened out,and the relevant experiments are conducted.Three kinds of gelling agents are divided into two categories,N1 belongs to crosslinking agent gelling agent,N3 and N2 belong to polymer gelling agent.The characteristics of gelling oil were measured by using HAAKE Vt550 rheometer.It is found that with temperature rising,gelling oil viscosity decreases,gelling effect becomes worse.The more the addition agent,the better the effect of coagulation oil,the more sufficient the contact with the crude oil is,the faster the reaction is.Through experiment,the best oil to oil ratio and the best using condition of three kinds of oil gelling agents were obtained.
