Famer Response And Policy Optimization In Protection Of Black Soil Resource In Jilin Province

As high-qualitied land resource,black soil resources has higher yield and better quality than common land resource.With the accumulation of black soil resources in agricultural production time,many problems come out,such as the decrease of black soil total area,soil nutrients,soil fertility,and soil organic matter,soil layer thinning,soil erosion,deterioration of physical properties and so on.Black soil resources are different from other soils.Once the black soil is gone,the land will not grow.The physical and chemical nature of black soil resources makes the protection of black soil resources become a thorny problem.And the government has issued a series of protection policies to protect the black soil,but the protection of black soil policies is still have some problems to be solved.By reading the literature on the protection of black soil resources,it is inferred that farmers,as participants in the protection of black soil resources,affect the protection of black soil resources.Based on this consideration,from the perspective of farmers,this article studies which factors affect farmers response in the protection of black soil resources.In order to assure the reasonable data,the research areas were selected in ten typical villages of five city in Jilin province.The research data were summarized and integrated.The unreasonable data were excluded.The rest of data were analyzed by logistic model.We have some conclusions and suggestions through the results of logistic model analysis.The contents of this paper mainly include the following parts:(a)The significance of the protection of black soil resources is obtained by reading the literature on the protection of black soil resources in recent years and investigating the black soil areas on the spot.(b)Base on the deep investigation and extensive collection of the black soil resources' current situation in Jilin province,the current situation of black soil resources in Jilin province is basically analyzed.(c)According to the present situation of the black soil resources in Jilin Province,the problems existing in the utilization and protection of the black soil resources in Jilin Province are studied and summarized.(d)Base on the extensive collection of the black soil resources' policies in Jilin province,the policies of black soil resources in Jilin province is basically teased.(e)Based on the data collected by field investigation,this paper makes an empirical analysis of farmers' willingness to respond to the protection of black soil resources.By using logistic model,the factors influencing farmers' willingness to respond to the protection of black soil resources are calculated.The results were analyzed and validated.(f)According to the results of logistic model,the factors that affect farmers' response to black soil resource protection are discussed.On this basis,the feasibility of protecting black soil resources from the perspective of farmers is demonstrated,and reasonable countermeasures and optimization policies are obtained according to the calculation results.
