Vibration is the phenomenon that all objects in nature happen all the time.We can get some information about this object through the vibrational frequency of the object.In the course of scientific development,the measurement of vibration frequency plays an indelible role.In scientific research,aerospace engine,high speed rotating machinery fault diagnosis fields,due to various influencing factors,the vibration frequency of the equipment will be changed,and the frequency show the state of the equipment,so the measurement of object vibration frequency is one of the important reference to an assessment of the equipment's safety and reliable.The measurement of vibration frequency has become a key research project in the field of scientific research.The application of optical measurement method to measuring the vibration frequency of the object has been widely paid attention to,and has some research results.The method of optical detection can effectively eliminate electromagnetic interference,which is the advantage of optical measurement.However,the frequency measurement of objects by optical measurement is not very high at present,and needs further research.Moreover,in the field of high frequency vibration research,the measurement process is easily interfered by electromagnetic interference.Therefore,the optical measurement method has a broad prospect.In this case,the main work of this article is to measure the high frequency vibration of the object as follows:(1)A large number of related documents and data have been consulted on the measurement of object's vibration frequency by means of optical measurement.On this basis,we have a deep understanding of the actual application of optical measurement of object's vibration frequency.The method of applying the optical measurement method to the measurement of the vibration frequency of the object is emphatically studied.(2)Simply describes the basic principle of optical fiber sensing technology,and takes the measurement of object vibration frequency as the research object.The advantages and disadvantages of the optical fiber sensing principle,the end face reflection method and other optical measurement methods are mainly studied in this paper.A high frequency optical fiber vibration sensor and signal detection system are designed.(3)A large number of experiments on vibration frequency were carried out on the basis of design.It verified whether the system can measure the vibration frequency of the object effectively,especially focusing on analyzing whether the system can achieve the measurement effect under the condition of high frequency vibration.The innovation points of this article are as follows:(1)A high frequency optical fiber vibration sensor and a signal detection system are designed,and the measurement of the wideband frequency,especially the high frequency vibration signal,is verified by the experiment.(2)Compared with other optical vibration detection systems,the high frequency optical fiber vibration sensing system has the following advantages: the design of the sensor is simple,the width of the measured frequency is relatively wide to 5Hz-13 kHz,and the highest response frequency of the measurement is relatively high to 13 kHz.
