With the passage of time, the settlement has undergone a process of continuous adaptation of “ adaptation-reconstruction-re-adaptation”.The connection between settlements and the environment is more and more, and the structure is more complicated.Settlement adapts to its own space to adapt to the comprehensive effect of the surrounding subjects, and evolves in the process of constant adaptation. It is a complex adaptive system(CAS)that is compatible with the viewpoint of “ adaptation makes complexity”.The resilience research has evolved from the stage of engineering resilience to the stage of social-ecological system. The main research system has experienced the complex evolution of different stages such as interference-adaptation-stability.For the core of the complex system of human-land relationship, the settlement is a new one.The research perspective can effectively grasp the evolution of the relationship between settlements and surrounding subjects and the environment. The karst ecological environment is fragile, the surface is broken, the living space of the residents is limited, and the contradiction between people and land is prominent. The evolution of settlements is affected by karst regions, and there are significant differences in spatial distribution. As one of the three special natural areas, its evolution and mechanism discussion is an important topic of regional development. The scientific nature of research provides an important theory for the coordinated development of human and natural environment.Reference has a strong theoretical and practical significance.Bijie City,Guizhou Province is one of the typical karst distribution areas. The ecological environment is fragile. The economic development is relatively backward due to the constraints of the natural environment. The contradiction between people and land is prominent. It is currently the main research area in Guizhou karst area. This study takes Bijie City of Guizhou Province as a case study, and evolves into a main research object in the spatial pattern of fifteen years in the four periods of 2000,2005,2010 and 2015,from the natural environment and social economy of karst.Based on the theory of culture and resilience in ecology, combined with GIS technology, the evolution of karst settlement spatial settlement is analyzed.Based on the CAS theory of complex adaptive system which is consistent with resilience and socio-ecological system research, the research area is further explored. The evolution mechanism of karst settlement space under the influence of natural environment and socio-economic culture. The article draws the following conclusions:(1)The influence of karst landforms on settlements, under the influence of different landform types and vertical space of landforms, the settlements showed significant spatial differentiation characteristics, and the settlement resilience distribution also showed differences.During the period of 2000-2015,the settlement area changed relatively. In the geomorphological type, the settlement evolution was dominated by the negative geomorphology in the area, and the karst basin in the negative geomorphology was the main type of landform type. The vertical space in the geomorphology Above, altitude, terrain relief, surface cutting depth and slope affect the spatial distribution of settlements in the study area.Under the influence of multiple factors of karst environment, the settlements are concentrated in the natural environment suitable for survival, showing a tendency to approach the basin geomorphic area.As the distance between the settlement and the good environment increases, the resilience of the settlement increases and the resilience of the settlement gradually decreases.(2)During the period of 2000-2015,the settlement evolution of the study area was affected by the development of landform types in the area. The settlement development in the low resilience area of the settlement was mainly negative landform, and the karst basin landform was the main distribution landform type, and the settlement high recovery area was different. The geomorphological trend is the same, and the regional settlements with high degree of resilience in the study area are stable. The resilience of settlements in the study area is affected by human regulation.Through artificial prevention, treatment and management, the settlement development is effectively coordinated. The length of resilience of settlements in each county is shortened, the resilience of settlements is improved, and the regional settlement of regional settlement resilience is gradually becoming suitable for development. The negative landscape is concentrated in the distribution.(3)In terms of social economy and culture, the main body of the settlement has an adaptive effect on social and economic factors.Under the influence of different regional economic factors, there are differences in the degree of development of the subject's regulation.Taking human activities as the leading behavior to regulate the material and non-material supply required for the development of settlements, affecting the development of settlements. If the shortage of material and non-material causes the evolution of settlements to be restricted,it will move towards the areas rich in resources, and it is the main body of the settlement. The active behavior produced by the subject.
