With the rapid development of global urbanization,it is also accompanied by traffic congestion,separation of occupation and residence,urban structure and other urban planning problems.In order to ensure the stability of urban development,urban planners use urban vitality to analyze the relationship between human activities and urban environment,but as a result of urban dynamic measure is not complete and recognized evaluation system,on behalf of the data source of human activities is scarce,and many studies of urban vitality in selecting the human activity indicators of urban vitality related USES static population statistics and ignore the function of the urban space structure of city traffic.Wechat EasyGo heat map is the location heat information of users using Tencent services integrated by Tencent group.As the most widely used mobile platform in China,its active user data can directly show the degree of public aggregation in the city.Through the acquisition of population heat data and the statistical extraction of more accurate real-time traffic flow change characteristics,combined with other LBS data,it can efficiently and accurately study problems related to urban vitality and solve the remaining problems caused by data acquisition and static indicators.In this paper,first of all,POI data and thermal map data of the main urban area within the third ring road of wuhan city were acquired through the open data interface provided by GaoDe map and Wechat EasyGo,and coordinate transformation of the data was carried out for unified spatial reference.Comparative analysis of urban vitality related index system and evaluation method,combining with the aim of this article innovation to develop urban dynamic evaluation index system,and by using the multiple criteria decision-making TOPSIS algorithm block unit within the third ring road in wuhan city urban area of urban vitality for sorting,contrast dynamic active parts of the city on weekdays and weekends difference analysis of the influence factors of urban vitality.By using the method of geographical detector to detect the relationship between the flow of people and the functional structure of urban space,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the change of the flow of people in the main urban area within the third ring road of wuhan city on weekdays and weekends,and obtains the resource allocation that can stimulate the urban vitality through the weight of urban spatial function that affects the flow of people.The study found that the active urban areas in the main urban area of the third ring road in wuhan had little difference between weekdays and weekends.The active urban areas in weekdays were slightly higher than weekends,and the highest urban vitality was in the area of jianghan road pedestrian street and xunlimen subway station.By classifying urban vitality,seven areas with active urban vitality were selected to compare weekdays and weekends,and the influencing factors of urban vitality were analyzed by combining urban spatial function structure.Based on the comparison between urban functional areas and the previous research literature on urban vitality,the extracted experimental results of urban vitality were tested.On this basis,planning Suggestions were put forward from the perspective of urban spatial functional structure to stimulate urban vitality.
